12.1 miles time trial commute , pleased to get average speed 16.4 mph on the morning ride. Smashed it in the way home by averaging 18.1 mph! Feeling stronger. Another 24 miles cycled.
B. Overnight porridge
L. Dahl. Made in slow cooker. Lentils , carrots, onions, pepper corns, water , chicken stock, cumin seeds and garam masala. Added fried onions , garlic and more cumin seeds. 1 syn for oil used.
Had a liaison meeting, had a Diet Coke then a gin and tonic 5 syns.
D. Omlette , parmentier potatoes , baked beans. Omelet filled with onions peppers, lean bacon, 2 syns for diced hit chorizo, peppers, mushrooms and hex a no2 phili lite. Fresh chili.
8 syns. Might have an options hot choc to finish off syns.
Woohoo a whole pound off! 13'4. Chuffed.

B. Scrambled eggs, chili, spring onion green pepper, lean bacon diced cooked in works microwave with cherry tomatoes on top.... Drew gasps from my colleagues.

12.1 miles commute home was the fastest I've ever done , 18.4 mph average and sub 40 mins, starred with 45 + mins!
