You are very brave teaching secondary. I couldn't have handled anyone over 11. And in my teaching day Wayne was THE name.
Irene xx
Havent met a single Wayne i have to say.. musta outgrown it.. there are lots of Kayleighs, Jacks, Liams, Connors (4 in one year 10 ICT class!) umm.. cant think of any more really popular ones..
evening Jane!
Hello angel, hope you've had a lovely evening. Gosh 3 hours with that class tomorrow - it just shouldnt be allowed!!! Hope you manage to get time for lunch too!!! Beth is now suitably over her shock at your "issues" comment - although bless her; her and omi - are both poorly bunnies all headachey, sore throat and nasty temperatures - hence why I havent posted much tonight - been a round robin of one or t'other of them  Catch up soon. Take care xxx
aww bless them! Omi texted me but when I got it it was late so didnt want to text back. Give all three of them a big lovey dovey kiss from me and tell them how much I miss them! xxx
Hello my lovely Rach. I hope your aches and pains are less today. Don't worry about the 4lbs i'm sure you will have that off in no time. I'm hope to lose 2lbs a week from now till Christmas so we can do it together
This liam character sounds like a right like gem. *sigh* what have i signed up for. I know a nice liam though. I think it goes through age groups though. I hope your 3 hour lesson goes well. Take care. xxxx
I know I whinge Sas, but there are so many more kids that make my day worth while than ones who make it awful.. just the days with 3 hours of the same kids are pretty hard!
Rach are you a teacher or training to be?
Bren
x
training.. maybe i need to work on my whinging as i'm doing it a lot already and i'm not even qualified yet LOL
Have you managed to survive the 3 hour lesson? x
i survived.. it was better today but not fantastic - still lots of running around, nipping, squealing and a general lack of work for 3 hours.. but its over for this week!
Hello hon
I don't envy you - it's bad enough feeling like I'm dealing with kids every day to actually be doing it lol
Hope you have a big fat loss this week!!
Twigs
xx
cheers my Twiglet
just about to pop over and see how you did!
aaaaaaaanyway.. days gone so fast - 11's for 3 hours, lunch, 10's for an hour and then 8's.
dont know why, but 8's were horrendous - I would guess that because they had Mrs Davidson in my place last week (because of my accident) they're confused - they dont deal well with change at all.
10's was more difficult than I wanted - my computer ended up with no programs on it so i couldnt demonstrate on the board - some kids didnt manage to even complete 1 button.. some managed all 3, all the screenshots, exported for dreamweaver, screenshoted again and sat with nothing to do.. mental.
foodwise i've done really well I think
