thanks simmy, Im doing LL now (dunno if you meant the group therapy with that helped or if you thought Im on SW as my diary is in the SW section still) both are fab diets and both work when you follow them, I have previously lost 3 stone on SW and have now lost 3 stone on LL, so thers no disputing ther effectiveness x

thanks all, Im aiming to be a 12-14 I think, at the moment Im 14 stone, so I reckon another 2 stone ish will take me to a comfortable size 14, but you never know, I might get the urge to keep going. Have you got a dress size goal in mind Betty? xxx

i've been drinking strawberry & kiwi perfectly clear!
was so fed up of water cant stomach it.
read on here its ok cos it doesnt have citric acid in it.
i know the official rules state your not but hey ho giving it a go...
i noticed your going to cyprus soon, lucky thing!
are you planning coming off diet whilst you're away!?
rrrr i love sundays cos its my day off but i hate them as they're the worse food wise...

I personally wouldnt deviate from the plan, not even one ickle bit, but whatever works for you. Does CD not have a water flavouring? LL has a few to chose from, fruits of the forest being my fav. Yer we're going to cyprus for our best friends wedding, I'll have finished foundation by then and am doing SW once Ive finished the 14 weeks, so will be eating things in moderation, quite nervous bout it, but focussed. How long are you planning on doing CD for? is it until you get to goal? xxx

well ive lost another 2lb which has taken me to three stone lost in 10 weeks,including my SW loss of 1 stone it means my BMI has gone from 41.9 to 32.5 (not long now til Im overweight rather than obese!) xxx

Ive just been on the Next website (sale started at 8am this morning) and purchased a few pieces, got some shorts, a bow shirt, an R.Stones hoody for vince and something else, which I cant remember! came to £47 with postage, so all in all thats great. got Bert at the vets today and its Vinces birthday and he's having a party tes, only my m&d, my aunty, uncle and cousin, my nana, my cousin (who is actually an old mate of vinces) and his wife. Shame he doesnt see/keep in touch with his own family (except his parents but they live 7 hours away!) but great that he's so close to my family. Obv I'll be cooking and not eating though! its very satisfying though, knowing you've done it purly for the enjoyment of others xxx

We all had a lovely time last night, tired this morning, played on the wii fit board and on the wii, might venture to the next sale now, but dunno if i have the energy! x

Hope you got to the sale and bought something nice chick. What a way to celebrate a fab loss! I bought myself a pair of jeans.... they're supposed to be slouchy but they aren't at the moment - I least I can get into them! They are a size 10! I know Next sizes are big but the muffin top will go in the next two and a half months!

Thanks amm and J. Went to the Next sale this morning, and got a top and a skirt for hl, unfortunately no jeans though aggghh - think jeans are one of the hardest things to buy! Well done on the size 10s amm, how much more do you want to lose? x
