Sorry for not responding been in Spain for a week home tomoro. You are doing amazing. My weight loss is going to be time bound more than anything else - I think I have to start moving up the plans in Sept but we'll see - how long you got left on LL?

lol - It wasn't me!! Yeah I had a fab time now back home and freezing but sure thats what happens when you go from 44degrees to dreary rain!!!

Two more weeks lucky you... its 6-8 for me but you know I'll get there!

indeedy I am Claire, i only ever intended to do LL up until the holiday and thats what Ive done. I know SW works for me and this time I'm motivated to stick to it. oh and my tickers back lol x
