well what a day! on my way to work this morning a dog shot across the road in front of me (closely followed by another dog!) I pulled up up the road where I could stop safely and ran (my running anyway lol) back to where Id seen the dogs, they'd wandered off down the road, but came back when I shouted them! So ther was me and two black labs on the blooming street corner! ..... it was at that point I realized Id not thought it through that well lol! luckily a man came round the corner and he only lived nearby so he went into his house and got a lead for one of them, I tried phoning the number on the dog tag (just kept getting an answerphone (I did assume/hope theyd be out looking for the dogs)) anyway, one dog had the address on the tag, so me and the guy walked the dogs round to the owners house and were greeted with a girl who obv had severe learning difficulties and she explained (to the dogs rather than me and the guy) that her mum was out looking for the dogs, anyway we put the dogs in the house and got the girl to close the back door which had been left open, the nice man closed the gate and off on my merry way I went - good deed for the day AND body magic, all that before 8.30!! xxx
