Well, today was crap, don't get me wrong i have not cheated, mainly because i haven't thought about it, but did a job that took twice as long as it should have which meant that i didn't get a steady flow of water and my second shake didn't make it out of the packet until after 5.00 pm! From about half 4 till now i managed to get a 2l bottle of Evian down me and had my usual sports bottle full with my first shake so I'm back up on quantity.
Also have changed my weight monitoring routine today, i hope this makes sense, and if any body thinks its stoopid please raise your hand.
i have a weight graph app on my phone that I've been putting my weight in after I've been to see my cdc. BUT today i have entered the weight that i was this morning, in my birthday suit on my scales.
My reasoning is ............. i won't be under my cdc for ever (if only! ) and will always monitor my weight on an ongoing basis. sooooo my thinking is, my scales will tell me how much i weigh and my cdc will tell me how much I've lost week by week.
