RB's Sole source hell!

Bloody hell there is a huge difference can't believe it is only a week!! Dang your stomach has gone right down :D Wtg no sign of a eaten sausage either ;) xxxx

Cheers Sharon, i wish the belly would go first, but as someone once told me " you can't just empty the deep end of a swimming pool" and as for the sausage, thats why i put the rugby shorts on, otherwise it could be clearly seen! lol xx

good job I'm not having my shake, think i would have spat it out over my screen! lol xxx
 
Well, today was crap, don't get me wrong i have not cheated, mainly because i haven't thought about it, but did a job that took twice as long as it should have which meant that i didn't get a steady flow of water and my second shake didn't make it out of the packet until after 5.00 pm! From about half 4 till now i managed to get a 2l bottle of Evian down me and had my usual sports bottle full with my first shake so I'm back up on quantity.

Also have changed my weight monitoring routine today, i hope this makes sense, and if any body thinks its stoopid please raise your hand.

i have a weight graph app on my phone that I've been putting my weight in after I've been to see my cdc. BUT today i have entered the weight that i was this morning, in my birthday suit on my scales.

My reasoning is ............. i won't be under my cdc for ever (if only! ) and will always monitor my weight on an ongoing basis. sooooo my thinking is, my scales will tell me how much i weigh and my cdc will tell me how much I've lost week by week.

Hope that makes sense

It completely makes sense except for mine told me couple days ago I gained 2lb hence I have smashed the bloody things into little bits (felt good) so please be careful :) xxxxx

I did this last time too. It certainly makes more sense going forward. Temptation is though that you'll start hopping on the scales too much. Depends n how strong you are I suppose?

Sorry to hear you've had a tough day. Seems to be in the air as mine has been manic too. Second product was at half six just waiting for my cake to cool enough to turn ou then I'm off to bed am shattered. Fingers crossed for a better day tomorrow for both of us eh x
 
I did think about using my scales in the morning without clothes as my CDC weighs me at 8pm and there is a 5-6lbs difference depending on how much water I have been drinking. I think that you will see less fluctuation in the morning. I may change my stats.
Just looked at both sets of your photos - you can see a difference - particularly the back shot. I wish I had taken more photos - At the weekend I took my halfway photos and I can't stop looking at them. May take them after every half stone now- sounds a little vain maybe!
 
Not vain at all, I'm using this diary as a chart of how I'm changing both physically and mentally. I want to be able to stick a metaphorical pin in where I felt good about myself and see how I looked and how I have changed along the way.

Also the consistency of the measurements first thing are the reason I want to weigh myself at that time.

Ha I'm terrible, however I stop over at the GF's house at least 3 nights so it's only 4 that I'm hopping! Lol xx

Hey mate, hope today is a better day for you :)

I've seen a few people mention the weight loss graphs for there phones, can anyone recommend a good one please, got an iPhone, think it would help to see a graph showing my weight go down!!

Morning buddy, the one I've got is called target weight, free from the app store, but I've tried a few and they are all good, the reason I settled for this one is it's compatible with the Wifi enabled scales I've been deliberating over for a few weeks! ;-)
