Went and renewed my gym membership this afternoon, has a great if not short session, a quick warm up on the bike then pleasantly surprised my self by jumping on the treadmill and rattling off just over 20 mins at a nice steady jog. Then finished of with a quick bit of ab work.
Now then here's this weeks fly in the ointment............
I'm working in Devon from Sunday afternoon through to Wednesday night. So of course not only will I miss my weigh in slot, the accommodation that has been booked for me is bed and breakfast in a pub!
So.... A quick text to my CDC and I now have a floating appointment for whenever I'm back plus a stock of extra shakes and bars to see me through to Thursday if needed, really pleased with how flexible she was. All I need to do now is just add a big dose of will power! She did say I could have an Atkins style meaty breakfast, but I'm not sure I want to start on that slippery slope. Xx
