Tee Hee Hee, I'm still here! Had a nice day, went to Cheltenham and got the jeans i desperately needed, then took my lad to see the cinema.
Back home now and realised I've only had 3 products today and think its too late for number 4.

Glad your ok has a good day, if you have any chocolate shakes why dont you have one made up as a hot chocolate, I did that shortly as I had realised I had only had 2 shakes today xx

Yeah I know what you mean although I skipped a product the other day on the evening as I felt full and as if I didn't need it, but the following day I felt lightheaded and a tad off, not sure if it was connected or just coincidence xx

Haha! Not to gloat but mine does - hence my body image issues!!! Believe it or not It's hard to stand next to him. He is just too athletic looking! The best of it is he is naturally like that, only does a few sets of push ups/ chin ups/sit ups a day - the git!
Anyway RB you'll be there in no time, look at those pants you could fit a midget in there!

i can totally relate to that having a size 8 GF I've always hated us having photos together, its like beauty and the beast! lol

Haha somehow with a big guy and a slim woman that looks normal/acceptable! I had to Photoshop my wedding pictures because I looked like he had harpooned me! How's your GF a size 8 by the way, share her secrets RB. Enquiring minds need to know!

I think the fact she's vegetarian helps, as she always eats reasonably healthily also she does not have a sweet tooth, although, that said, she has and still does dip in and out of Cambridge, she tries to keep at 9 stone, and if i creeps up she's soon on the shakes.
The hospice we are doing the 31 mile walk for use her as a "face" recently she opened a new Tesco and she gets sent along to collect cheques from clubs etc. So i know they will want us in the video and the news letter. GULP!!
