Having a good day so far, I had a peak at the scales and they showed a 2lb loss over the weekend. Normally I would have gained and would be trying to lose that gain and a bit extra by Friday. So I am very happy

Great news on the scales, well done. I know what you mean about weekend gains, I have the same problem! I am trying to keep off the scales from Friday to Friday to see if that helps me to keep going through the week, I usually have a sneaky weigh mid week but it can knock me off. Don't know if I'll manage it though!

I can't help but weigh myself. I find it helps to keep me going. Although sometimes if I see a gain I get angry haha. All generally keeps me on track though.

I got the fitbit zip. Was the cheaper one of them all and had good reviews. I am just hoping it will be good still.
