Re-starting for the final time, this is it!!!!

All good today thankfully. I think once you get one good day under your belt it makes it easier.

Don't know what I am going to do about weigh in Friday as son is off school after op and the wii is in the living room. Don't fancy standing in my knickers and bra ub front of him lol. Might have to make him stay in the hall for a minute or two.

Ok so the last few days have been pretty crap. Giving myself a kick up the back side and if any one else wants to send one feel free lol.

Have ordered myself some bathroom scales as when kids are off school I can't strip off in the living room and weigh myself on the wii lol. So now I have no excuse. Also ordered my yoghurt maker, mum had one and I always wanted one. Can't wait for both to come now. Its the easiyo yoghurt maker and they taste so good.

So tomorrow is a new day and all that. Not going to do the usual I will wait till Monday. That was a bad habit lol. Also downloaded some weight loss books to my kindle app on my phone. So all set :)

Consider yourself kicked up the bum! ;) If you're looking at weight loss books, the one that resonated with me was Eating Less by Gillian Riley. It's very down to earth and she makes so much sense. Definitely available on Kindle because that's how I have it. :) xx

Hi, Rach. Sorry I've been AWOL all week, thankfully operation went well and if you've had an iffy week it's only to be expected. I hope you're feeling better since the panic attack and are firmly back on the wagon,

KB x

Feeling ok this morning I guess. Not eaten anything yet just don't feel like it. Exhausted and just want to sleep, hubby should be home from work soon. Part of the thing with panic disorder is you constantly think of panic attacks and when you will next have one which can bring another one on. Just one big circle. But I had been doing well hadn't had one in about two weeks. I am thinking of putting it down to the crap food I have been having.

Hi kb good to see you back. Hows was Cheshire? Did you tell it I missed it lol. Hope you had a lovely time.

Had a great time, was great to see my 2 wee nieces again but was very busy and exhausting!
Panic attacks can't be any fun but it could be that these reduce with weight loss and as you say could be related to food.
Have a great weekend,

KB x

Oh Rach :( :bighug: I hope you're feeling better soon, hun are you able to rest until your hubby gets back (if he's not back already?)

I think it could of been related to the sugar sweets I had last night and have had pepsi max. So both are no more. No they definitely are not fun. I didn't think it was ever going to end. Glad you had a great time with your nieces. I miss mine so much.

Thanks hun. I am ok now. Just left with a kind of heaviness in my chest a feeling of dread maybe, (hard to describe) which I always get with a bad one. Going to have an early night tonight I think.

On a brighter note I should be a great auntie by the end of the day :) hubby's nephews girlfriend went into labour at lunch time.

Had a good day food wise. Made some couscous with tropical fruit but think I had to much couscous lol. I used half but really think I should half it again :) so the bit that I have put aside for tomorrow I will halve it again for Monday. Will maybe next time experiment putting it with savoury food. Got some fat free fromage frais but had to put a spoon of home made jam in it as was very bland.

If one good thing came from last nights panic attack its that it got me back on track.

After reading kirstys diary I would love to get back into running. I used to do it as a child for the local running club and would be great to get back at it. There is a women's marathon every year in Dublin and one year I would love to do it to raise money for the hospital my son has had his operations at.

Go on rach you can do it.
There's a good running app that basically builds up running - couch to 5k you start by walking and running for seconds and gradually build up! (Available on most smart phones!) xxx

I actually have that on ky phone. See its always there in the back of my head. I want to lose a bit more before I start. Also got xrays on my hips Wednesday so want to see how they are too. Thanks for the encouragement I will be calling on you for more when I get going lol
