Had my daughter at the doctor's today to get her eyes checked as she was complaining she couldn't see the black board properly in school. So now got to go to specsavers on Saturday. While there he got me with the flu jab. Best to have it I guess, arm is aching though.

Sounds like it's going well for you Rach. Sounds like the vertigo could be sinus related maybe? I have to take No1 son to get his flu vaccine next week but thankfully the past couple of years they've sniffed it up his nose instead of injecting.

Well all of my holiday gain has gone, finally after lots messing around. Plus two extra pound making a total of 3lb loss. 2lb official and last 1lb of the gain.

Crazy morning , had to take son doctor's. He woke me up saying he was bleeding. So checked his wound in the groin and he was. So he has an infection. Cream and antibiotics. Have to take him back Friday. No school again this week for him. Doctor says he has to lie down all the time.

Thanks. He is so good just takes everything in his stride. He has had 8 operations and this is the first time he has had an infection. So has been very lucky.
