Day 365 Saturday 27th April 2019
It is exactly a year since I have been on the plan. I don't know how much I weigh since my last WI as I am away at the moment. Hopefully I have lost more and at worst STS.
B - cheese on WM toast with tsp honey
L - Homous sandwich, salad (leaves, cue, tom, lemon juice, olive oil)
D - Stirfry (garlic, ginger, chili, cashew, chick peas, soy sauce, broccoli, mushroom, peppers, sugar snap, asparagus, purple top), rice, chili sauce
S -
Fluids - 4 ginger tea, 6 black coffee, 2 turmeric tea
Exercise - 6,800 steps
