It has been a disastrous day so far, but lets hope it does not get worse. i have eaten far too much. No more for today. Lets hope a good night sleep get me back on track

Had a better night sleep but my head is still fuzzy. Lets hope it gets better as the day progresses. No way I am going to be eating out of my comfort zone today, head ache or no headache.
I have kept myself busy today so not felt hungry. Not sure what to have for dinner or if I want any. Well I see how I feel later on.
B - 4 pancakes with cottage cheese, jam, orange, lychees and kiwi
L - Pea Soup
D - Crisp breads with peanut butter and jam
S - apple, grapes, orange
F - 3 Black coffee, 3 Black tea, herbal tea
E -5,000 steps and cleaning the house

B -Museli with yogurt and chia seeds, WM toast and cheese - I was hungry again as didn't get much sleep again
L - Tuna salad (leaves, cue, tom, avocado, gherkins, radish, olives, coriander, olive oil, balsamic vinegar)
D - BNS & sweetcorn stew, crisp breads
S - Orange, pkt sweet popcorn
F -5 Black tea, glass of water
E -5,000 steps
Very hungry day due to lack of sleep again.

B -Fresh platter - Cottage cheese, lychees, blueberries, kiwi, Rye bread
L - sausage & potato casserole (onion, garlic, mushroom, peas, potato, yellow pepper, chili sauce, coconut oil, creme fraîche)
D - Avocado, cheese & salad sandwich on 2 WM toast
S -Orange, Yogurt with fig & seeds, pkt sweet popcorn
F - 7 Black tea
E -6,000 steps
My stomach is bottomless pit today. But that is enough and I am not going to eat any more.

B - Fried mushroom, pepper scrambled egg with butter on WM toast, blueberries
L - Had a meal deal lunch (sandwich, drink, granola bar) - too many calories but there was no choice as I had to eat after a long walk to get energy to come home
D - cheese & pepper boats, olives, purple egg, lettuce, crisp bread
S - Orange, tbs seeds
F -4 herbal tea, 2 Black tea
E - 12,500 steps

I don't feel hungry and all of a sudden bam, hunger pangs strike. My
B - Fruit salad (Mango, orange, kiwi, apple and banana)
L - Sausage & veg soup (Onion, cabbage, swede, carrot, potato, stock cube, polish sausage)
D - Beef & veg stir-fry ( coconut oil, garlic, ginger, beef, sugarsnaps, sweetcorn, pepper, dash of chili sauce), potato
S -
F - 3 Black coffee, 4 Black tea
E -3,000 steps walking around the house

Purple eggs??? tell me more
Put a hard boiled egg in Beetroot or Red cabbage vinegar for a couple of days.
I do Green and Blue too by adding a drop of food colouring in vinegar/salt water.
I did a similar thing with boiled potatoes a while ago.
Variety keeps me going and not getting bored with food.
However, at the moment, I cannot get my head in place and concentrate on losing the last few pounds.

B - Cheese omelette with chia seeds on WM toast, blueberries, mango
L - Beef & veg curry (onion, garlic, ginger, white cabbage, carrot, potato, tomato, beef, green beans, curry paste, butter for frying) with rice and salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, radish, coriander, olive oil, balsamic vinegar)
D - 2 potato waffles with peanut butter, gingerbread caramel topped with FF yogurt, mango, blueberries and grapes
S - Apple, orange, pkt coffee popcorn, 1 boiled sweet
F -6 Black tea
E - 1,000 steps walking around the house

Can't wait for warm weather to arrive so I can eat more salad & fruits.
Happy with m eating today as I ate when I was hungry and ate nutrious meals

B - Cottage cheese sprinkled with seeds on WM toast, bluberries. I am finding that blueberries and mango don't taste much these days. Will finish, what I left of them but will not buy them for a while..

Why am I hungry all the time and to eat non-stop
D - Salmon salad (leaves, coriander, cue, tom, beetroot, carrot, balsamic vinegar, olive oil)

Oh thanks. I have a little lady who is obsessed with all things purple so gonna try it soon.

I think its much harder to get into the head space in lockdown, or at least tahts what im telling myself :classic_roll_eyes:

Just saw the blueberry comment, yeah finding all the berries here at the moment very bland, and watery. no flavour.

E - Did n't get a chance to go out today but have done about 1,000 steps walking around the house
It was good day foodwise. i kept myself busy with paperwork and did not have time, to get bored and think about eating. Lets hope, I can keep busy more often and refrain from eating.

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 149.5 lbs (10s 9.5 lbs)
Loss to date = 73.5 lbs


Another STS for me this week. That is fine and I am going to let my body, to workout what it needs to do to go back on track again. No point in pushing and forcing it to do something that, it is not ready to do - that will make it want to eat more of the wrong things and gain even more. I go through this every so often and gain a couple pounds and then go back to normal routine again.

B - Toast with cottage cheese, jam and peanut butter. Nice for a change.
L - Bacon & cheese sandwich. Couldn't resist as I bought a fresh loaf of bread.
D - Black eye peas casserole
S - pkt crisps (85 cal), Twirl (149 Cal), oranges, apple
F - 3 Black coffee, 4 Black tea
E - 6,000 steps

B - Porridge with dried fruits and sprinkled with seeds and a tsp maple syrup
L - Black eyed peas casserole - one more portion left
D - Home made Lentil & lamb curry with coconut rice - was hungry so ate 2 portions
S -Oranges, boiled sweet
F - 4 Black coffee, 6 Black tea

Sometimes, I surprise myself and can't believe my size. Today, I received a top size 12 and a dress size 14 in the post and they both fit me perfectly. I was more surprised with size 12 top as not in a million years I thought that it would fit me - mind you, it is crinkly material which give a little. Really pleased and happy.

My head seems to be in the game again in the last few day, which makes me happy and determined to steam ahead and get the last few lbs off.
B - Poached egg on toast spread with home made White bean hummus, salad (leaves and tomato), clementine slices
D - lassagne with carrot, lemon & olive oil salad and a dash of chili sauce
S - Oranges, 2 boiled sweets, pkt crisps (85 cal), Twril (140 cal)
F - 6 Black tea, 2 Black coffee, milk
