L - Home made lassagne with salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper). large portion so no need for dinner
S - Clementines, apple, yogurt with jam and sprinkle of sesame seeds

B - Cheese spread, cottage cheese, kiwi and strawberry on WM toast and sprinkled with Black seeds
L - Mung beans stirfry (onion, tomato, beans, coconut oil) with salad (rocket, coriander, tom, cue, pepper, carrot, salad sauce and Lemon juice)
S - Apple, pkt biscuits (100cal), pkt crisps (100 cals), handful of sugar coated cashew nuts
F - 3 Black coffee, Black tea
E - My good intentions disappeared very early in the day. I had to spend a lot of time sorting out a parcel that could not be delivered.

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 148.5 lbs (10s 8.5 lbs)
Loss to date = 74.5 lbs

Finally, my body is settling after a few weeks of turbulence (shall we say) and started to move the weight. Lets hope this last and I finally get to my goal.
Well, I have been hovering around the same weight for a while, so perhaps it means my body is used to and happy with the weight. At least it has sustained it.

B - Fried egg on WM toast, tbs butter, bunch of grapes
L - Lamb kebabs in pitta with salad (Leaves. coriander, tom, cue, carrot, olives and salad sauce). Will not buy those lamb kebabs as they were too fatty
D - Piece of cheese, pkt crisps (100 cals)
S - Handful of dried fruits, 1 walnut, tsp sesame seeds
F - 3 Black coffee, 4 Black tea
E - Loads of DIY around the house

Made a mistake of making bread. I am rubbish at it and for some odd reason, my dough does not rise - I followed the receipe exactly but still dense hard bread.
Anyway, although I was disappointed, I indulged before stopping myself and feeding some to the birds. Taking the rest to feed the ducks.
That was all eating for the day.

L - Creamy Salmon & veg ( onion, ginger, broccoli, mangetout, asparagus, sweetcorn, carrot & creme fraîche, coconut oil) with rice
S - Apple, orange, pkt crisps (106 cals)
F - 2 Black tea, 6 herbal tea
E - 5,500 steps

Last night, I was exhausted and could not keep my eyes open. so went to bed early and before I knew, I fell sleep. My body must have needed it
B - Double portion of cereal. Organic fruit, nuts & chocolate muesli with banana and milk
D - Beef & veg stirfry (ginger, garlic, beef, coconut oil, mangetout, asparagus, broccoli, carrot, pepper, boiled rice) with sesame seeds

S -6 ginger biscuits, kiwi, banana, orange, pineapple

E - 2,000 steps
Bought a couple of packs of sourdough bread as I had heard people raving about it. I am afraid, I found it very bland and decided to go back to WM seeded bread that I normally buy.

B - Chocolate porridge with dried fruits and sprinkled with toasted coconut & coconut oil. I made a mistake of putting ginger in there which over took the taste
