Day 100 - Friday 3rd August 2018
I have not weighed myself for the past 2 weeks as I was away and then had guests until this morning. I have been good and tried to avoid desserts and had smaller portion of the naughty stuff like fish & chips. My clothes are loser and I look slimmer but lets hope scales are showing a good loss - my losses are very very slow. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning.
B - WM toast, tsp butter, 2 tsp marmalade, black coffee
L - Pizza with Potato salad
D - Chicken & potato salad on WM bread with green salad
S - Melon smoothie (melon wizzed in liquidiser and served with ice), watermelon
Fluids -
Exercise -1 mile walk
