B - Piece french stick filled with ham, 2 crossaints - well had to be done on the first day off so I would not crave it again

Day 87 - Saturday 21st July 2018

B -WM toast, cheese & watermelon , black tea
L -Crossiant, bread roll, butter
D -Salmon salad (leaves, pepper, tom, cue, mint, sweetcorn, radish, salad sauce). All lovely until I went to my neighbour and she put a massive piece of cake and would not take No. As she was feeling down, I did not have the heart to put my foot down and ate it - did not enjoy it (sugar overlaod)
