Reaching Target in 2020

I'm doing OK, up and down and all over the place. But thankfully down more than up at the moment. Your determination will win out and that 1.5lb will go soon enough. Yep, I'm eating a lot less too and really notice when I overeat now.
 
Re gluten: i just learnt this week that you can get late onset Crohn's disease. It's under diagnosed in women. So it might be worth getting checked out too.

B - Cheese on toast with tsp home made jam
L - Kedgeree (rice, berries, onion, chicken, 2 tbs butter). It was lovely but too salty
D - Chicken & veg soup (Onion, potato, carrot, swede, chicken)
S - Pear, apple, orange, 3 boiled sweets, small tub of ice cream, plums, cue, cherries
F - 3 Black coffee, Black tea
E - 8,000 steps

I read about it in detail and I don't have any of the symptoms. It is more like I have developed intolerance to something. I will be monitoring my eating and see if I can find what it is.

B - Porridge (ginger, coconut oil, dried fruit, banana, oats) sprinkled with seeds and toasted coconut
L - Home made fishcakes (cod, ginger, onion, chili), creamy veg (onion, asparagus, Green beans, carrot, peas, sweetcorn, pepper, light creme frachie), baked sweet potato
D - Piece of roast beef with bns & tbs butter
S - Apple, Salted caramel & Brownie ice cream, pkt crisps
F - 3 Black coffee
E - 10,500 steps
Normally, I do not eat ice cream but because of Easter I bought a pack of 4 tubs as a treat.
Trying to make smaller portions of food but sometimes proves to be difficult - it is almost impossible to make a small portion for one person. I have to learn to eat half and keep the other for another meal.

Your chicken and veg soup sure does look good. But I am fond of homemade soup. I have a pan of veg soup on the go at the minute which I made yesterday. Great way to pack in plenty of speed veg.

Every time, I buy chicken, I make some soup which lasts me 4-5 times. Sometimes, I want a warm meal but can't be bothered so I eat the soup which is hearty and nutritious.
 
Your like me. From the carcass of a chicken or turkey I make a soup popping in lots of veg and any chicken/Turkey from the carcass. Only change I make to pre slimming world I thicken slightly with mashed potatoes. My soup this week I make from ham stock cubes and a huge bag of veg I diced up.been really tasty. Please it is nutritious/healthy and on plan.

At the weekend I make a big pan of syn free gravy. Then freeze portions for rest of week. I put a good ladle worth on my lunch as I can't manage dry food very well as I have sjogrens which means my bodily secretions are diminished. So poor saliva and tear drops for example.

L - Tuna salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, beetroot, olives, tuna, strawberry, lemon juice, balsamic glaze)
D - Pieces of beef with onion, asparagus and tbs butter, WM toast
S - Plums, 3 sugar cubes
F - 3 Black coffee, 5 Black tea

I am hungry all the time and have to really restrain myself - just wondering if it is the cold weather or me being greedy.

B - Ricotta & tsp home made jam on WM toast
L - Chrizo Quesadilla - It was big and fatty perhaps millions of calories but it was delicious and filled me up for the rest of the day.
D - Baked potato with baked beans & reduced fat cheddar (it is ok in food but not eating it on its own - will buy normal cheddar in future).
S - Yogurt with home made jam & seeds
F - 2 Black coffee, 6 Black tea
E - 12,500 steps

Today, I decided not to weigh myself until Thursday 6th May. This gives ny body to redeem itself.
