B - Porridge (ginger, coconut oil, dried fruit, banana, oats) sprinkled with seeds and toasted coconut
L - Home made fishcakes (cod, ginger, onion, chili), creamy veg (onion, asparagus, Green beans, carrot, peas, sweetcorn, pepper, light creme frachie), baked sweet potato
D - Piece of roast beef with bns & tbs butter
S - Apple, Salted caramel & Brownie ice cream, pkt crisps
F - 3 Black coffee
E - 10,500 steps
Normally, I do not eat ice cream but because of Easter I bought a pack of 4 tubs as a treat.
Trying to make smaller portions of food but sometimes proves to be difficult - it is almost impossible to make a small portion for one person. I have to learn to eat half and keep the other for another meal.
