Just realised that yesterday - WI day, I did not have any cravings or urges to eat more than normal. Hurray for me

D - Cheese, peanut butter & jam on WM toast
S -Pear, plums
F - 5 Black tea

L - Salmon salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, radish, carrot, salad sauce)

S - Oranges, yogurt with jam & seeds, Bread & butter pudding

Not a very good day eating but that is alright as makes me more determined to try harder.

I have decided to eat when I am hungry rather than going by meal-time
L - Hummus, ham & salad pitta (leaves, tom, pepper)
D - Oat cakes & hummus
S - Apple, oranges
F - 3 Black coffee, Black tea, herbal tea
E - 20 minutes walking exercise, 15,500 steps

Interested to hear how your eating when hungry plan goes. It's working for me - and I no longer eat breakfast in the morning. Keep us posted.
 
Saturday 8th May 2021
Yesterday, I went for a long walk in the woods with a friend. It was so beautiful and peaceful. I am glad we went yesterday when it was sunny. Last night it started to rain heavily and forecast is for 10 days of rain.
Didn't sleep well last night and woke up hungry this morning but I manged to hold up until lunch
B - Apple
L - Beef & vegetable curry with rice
Needed warm food as it is freezing cold here and I can't get warmed up
D - Corned beef pitta with salad (leave, tom, cue, pepper, radish, olives, pickled carrot and cabbage, salad sauce)
S - Oranges, banana
F - 3 Black coffee, 6 Black tea
E - Didn't go out as it was raining all day with high wind

Yesterday, my friend took some pictures of me whilst walking in the woods. When I looked, it could not believe it was me - so small.

now that the weather is getting better, I am aiming to go for a walk everyday. On rainy days, I will just up my walking exercises indoor.

L - Chicken & mayo baguette (there was tonns of mayo and very little chicken). I was expecting chicken slices and a small amount of mayo. If I knew there was that much cheap mayo, I would not have ordered it.,
D - Steak cooked with tbs butter
S - Lardy cake & a piece of flapjack
F -2 Black coffee, 6 Black tea
E - 11,000 steps

Think I have had 10 million calories today. No more eating.

L - Low fat cheddar & pea soup. that seemed to stop me binging
