Aw it's my fav dress! Just from primark! Yes lost 4 stone in 16 weeks since mid august I started! Only half way tho x

That's amazing!! :D Well done, you must be so proud of how much you've achieved! You are now my idol, I've got 5 months to lose 4 - Teach me your ways!! :p
 
Aw thanks :D If I can do it anyone can though!! Swear by green days, and love love love sw chips, beans and eggs and pretty much eaten that everyday!!

Are you trying to lose weight for something like a holiday or wedding? Or just in general to be healthy?

I keep setting myself small targets and trying to just lose half a stone at a time, my next goal is to get to 13st 13lb by the 21st which is 3 weeks! It's only another 8lb so hopefully I can do it in that time scared the losses are going to slow down to 1lb a week any day now!!
 
Scales showing 14sst6 this morning woo hopefully this is a good weightloss week! Another 3 weigh ins until my Xmas night out and hopefully get to my target of 13st 13lb! Another 7lb so hopefully I can do it, feel like I'm back being focused again which I'm happy about and a little surprised about! Anytime before the littlest thing would set me off and I'd be off the diet wagon and back eating rubbish! Obviously this is just the worst time too as there is sooo much temptation all around! The amount of chocolates I've bought for and wrapped up so they are 'off limits' is just so hard to resist! I think that's the only thing I miss is eating chocolate! If I can get through crimbo without a major binge than I know any other time will be fine!

I have said to myself that my works night out and Christmas Day will be my sw day off! Although I really plan to just eat the meals not chocolate or anything in between which I think is ok to do! But if I want it on Xmas day I'm going to have a little! Everyone has been warned to not buy me chocolates as presents too. Might sound cheeky but I've not done this diet for this long to spoil it for chocolate and Christmas!

Anyway sorry for the rambling!! First time in a while I've rambled though!

Ha, I've always said if I could do it anyone could, though I'm doing EE.

My target date is for a holiday, we leave on the 24th of May for a 5 week trip around America, so I'd like enough wiggle room to put a little back on and still be happy weight, so the week before would be ideal as I can shop for it!, but mainly, I just miss being skinny and feeling great! My next mini goal is another 7lbs by Jan. :)

Do you have a food diary on here? I find it really helps me just to write how I'm feeling and what I'm eating, I keep having the same things though so don't always write it up! There are some fab stories on here so inspirational!! Xx

I'm not really a chocolate or sweet person, I absolutely hate dark and milk chocolate (My advent calendar is white with strawberry pieces though, yummy!), so my main downfall will be roast potatoes and stuffing!! A stone by Jan would be lovely though wouldn't it? Bliss!

I do have a diary yeah, though find I have the same stuff as I'm quite fussy, not keen on spice or certain textures, though hoping SW will sort that out a bit!!
 
I've never tried anything by Linda McCartney, always though they were high in Syns. I must hunt these out! My OH keeps complaining about the lack of sausages in his meals, he's completely obsessed, but logic is that when he does the cooking he can use whatever he likes, which wont happen, so I've no worries! :p
 
So I posted a 4 photo collage picture up on facebook last night and got a lovely response from everyone! Nice to hear people can see the difference, work colleagues and friends have said for a couple of weeks they can see a massive difference but it's especially nice to hear the parents in the nursery I work in commenting "you've lost loads of weight haven't you, look at you!" I've had this for the past two weeks and it's fab! Just need to keep this in my head! I was really naughty last night and had a dominos with the kids! Eek! I had half a tandoori hot pizza (small) and some potato wedges with 2 garlic dips! Aw it was so yum! But I felt awful and bloated after! So was it worth it? Probably no although it tasted so good I really didn't like feeling so yuck after it all! So I feel like I'm really motivated today and that I've got it out my system to just go for it! I still have 4 stone to lose to get to 10st 7lb (initial target) I'm thinking I could possibly be there in April which is exciting as that's not really that long!!

Currently just making chips and I've bought chopped onions and mushrooms which I'm going to fry and just have a big plateful of yummy food!! Today so far I've had an apple and two alpen lights so really need to get some more food in me! Have a staff meeting tonight so not sure il have enough time for tea so it's good that Im having lunch a bit later!
 
I know it's bad - because we should feel great at any size, but it's so nice hearing that from other people!! Don't worry too much about the Dominos, half a small is very tiny - It'll be the garlic dips that are worse (But SOO good)! Having said that, I challenge anyone to say they feel good after eating a Dominos pizza, they're yummy but I've never felt well after eating it! X

just read your thread and wanted to say you have been a huge inspiration throughout. I'm food shopping tomorrow and getting back on track. No more excuses. Congrats on your weight loss so far. Your photos are super!

Had a good day yesterday and feel like I'm getting back into it! Just all these boxes of chocolates that are in my house and that are in work! Ahh I just wish I didn't want to eat them! Last week has taught me nothing, as everytime i was eating things I shouldn't I would feel so guilty and straight away I would think that was so not worth it! Scales today showed 14st 8 so not actually that bad really just a pound up from last Saturday! I had resisted opening another white toblerone until Friday night when I just had to, so I ate 3 pieces and thought again this isn't even worth it so I poured fairy liquid into the rest of the box so I wouldn't eat anymore! Ha!

Something me and my friend were speaking about last night, she said "people shouldn't treat themselves with food who have addiction to food like you have, alcoholics don't treat themselves with a little alcohol or drug addicts with some heroine" and I thought my god you are so right! I really need to stop thinking chocolate and crisps are treats! I've thought that when I am at the weight I want to be i can possibly have the syns then and see how I get on with that or have a syn day/cheat day on the weigh in day and just eat anything I would like but in moderation though and not see it as a pig out day!

Anyway so far I have had 2 apples, 2 bananas and some chips. I plan on having weetabix soon with semi skimmed milk and poached eggs and beans for tea! I've had a couple glasses of water too so hopefully I can stay focused for e next couple of days to get me back in the zone! I'm thinking it will take me a good couple of days to get that determination back!
