Red/Green days :-) Mission Skinny Bridesmaid!

Hey yes I did was just at the gym didn't end up swimming. Was there an hour and same today!


Not sure what's been wrong with me that last couple of days been an absolute miserable git!! But it's TOTM so at least there is a reason behind it! I'm not usually so bad but I think since I havent been as focused the past week or two it's the two combined! My crimbo night out next week so I'm a little gutted that I had a target for it and have completely ruined it, I really think it was achievable but I think ive no hope now to lose 8lbs from now until then! If I have a loss this week at all it will be small, I'm really going to have to try bumping up the exercise I think tho! I have been told it's better to do bursts of intense workout then gentle then intense and gentle etc as it's making the body work harder?! I really need some sort of loss this week tho to get me focused again! Bloody Christmas! As much I love Christmas having chocolate round the house is doing no good for me and my motivation! Wrapped or not!

Aw, I think everyone's a little down in the dumps lately, that's the way it seems from all the diaries! Hope you feel less rubbish soon, I know what you mean about Christmas, I'm not a huge chocolate person, but definitely struggling a bit lately with all the festivities, seeing friends and eating bad food. I have a huge takeaway curry craving at the moment! I think it's better to do short bursts, almost like having days when you eat more than others, so your body isn't getting too used to one thing. Good luck, but remember, even a STS is better than putting it on X
 
People used to say to me all the time "you're so lucky you don't like chocolate" I just found other vices, so not so good!! I've just rushed through the door and made a really quick dinner of toast and tuna, starving, if i'm still hungry later I'm going to attempt to make one, then I can have the leftovers tomorrow. What you doing for dinner tonight? X
 
Pretty much any savory snack! Crisps, always crisps, if you offered me a whole meal or a bowl of crisps, I would always go with crisps! I've gotta admit I'm struggling a bit this week though! X
 
Back to 14st7 after the past two weeks of picking and not sticking to the diet! Night out next saturday so am determined to get back on track and lose what I can!

Plan for today as usual is to have chips, eggs and beans of lunch :) gonna walk to the shop soon to get some milk for my weetabix and might have a light tea of mug shot. Fruit for snacks and lots of water! I need to get properly into it otherwise I know if I don't that will be me after Christmas and I really don't want that! Good luck with weigh ins xx
 
Good day yesterday too, feel like I'm back being focused now! Hope so anyway! Today at work the cook is cooking Christmas lunch! Need to avoid this my treat day at Christmas will be on the actual day! Scales still showing 14.7 so happy just hopefully can lose a couple of pounds this week would be happy with any loss! Fill in food later on!
 
Food yesterday was very low just my usual 2 weetabix with milk and had a biggish portion of sw chips. Had couple of apples too.

today I've had a baked potato with cheese (hea) and tuna (heb) with mayo (2/3 syns) and beans and a portion of coleslaw. Not sure how many syns in coleslaw. I also had a chunky peanut butter kit kat oh my god yum!! And a Reese packet p! Was totally craving chocolate peanut butter!

Im not overly hungry tonight so I'm thinking if I still to fruit I could possibly get away with the chocolate today! Not sure how many calories are in each bar!
 
That's brilliant! So happy for you! My scales are in need of new batteries, so keep getting frozen on lower weights - gets me all excited and then dashes my dreams!
 
Thank you Hun :) just need to get properly focused! Sick of seeing chocolates at work!

A parent at at the nursery I work in who I hadn't seen for ages, was surprised at how much I had lost! Was so lovely to see her face so shocked and like "oh my god, your face is so thin and you look bloody great!" Ha! I love it and I just think I need to focus on hearing that and I need to remember why I started the diet in the first place! I know it's just this time of year and I'm thinking after Christmas i will be fine but atm I really struggle. I don't want to eat takeaways, or the crap I used to eat but it's chocolates that's my trigger and once I start I can't stop! Anyway off into town in the morning to try and get a dress for my night out on Saturday. Can't wait to see what size I get into I think atm I'm between a 16-18! Tried on a dress in new look which was a 16 couple of weeks ago but the zip didn't go up at the bust! Really hope I can find something nice though! Getting lashes done too looking forward to that too!!
 
That'll make you feel amazing though, dress shopping if you fit into the size you want, such a boost! I haven't had anyone say I've lost weight yet, but I haven't noticed I've lost any either!

I'm quite lucky in that Christmas and Easter don't really do anything for me, as I only like white chocolate and very rarely at that, but I totally get the craving a certain thing, it just wont go away will it? Just think when you get to target you can be a bit more lenient with yourself, and have an off day if you really fancy without doing too much damage!

The dress in the 16 was still there and it fitted! Couldn't believe it when the zip went right up! Woop woop! Ha! I didn't end up buy it tho I ended up getting a dress from primark nice red fitted at the waist although size 18 tho, it's fab to know I'm more an 18 now and fitting in some 16! I'm not 100% sure about the dress tho I may have a wee look again in town on Saturday when the kids go away with their dad! Not sure if I want to brave the town in a Saturday especially so close to crimbo!!

Went for a swim today did at least 20 lengths more but I couldn't be bothered concentrating on how many!

Not it really had much to eat today since I've been busy! Had weetabix and gonna make some chips too been drinking lots today too!

I bought some some diet coke yesterday for a change and it was disgusting coming from the girl who lived on fat coke! Really don't miss fizzy juice!

on the menu Tom is melon, turkey and chocolate pot! I'm not overly fussed about the meal to be honest! I know what I'm like when I'm out drinking and don't really like eating when drinking, it's really one or the other!

Thanks Hun! Not as chunky looking but still chubs! Hope you are having a lovely Christmas!! I feel so bloody full it's just disgusting! This is my last off been bad the past four days! Not even thinking about going on the scales! I'm thinking back on tomorrow and weigh myself next Saturday! I know what I'm like il be on them everyday but next Saturday is the plan!! I'm going to have a Chinese tonight and that's going to be my last treat. I actually think the past four days will be good to get me back on plan as I'm sick of chocolate now and feel so fat and full I'm not liking the bloated feeling! I'm working tomorrow so I'm thinking it's a good day to start the diet and then on Saturday and Sunday I need to try be as active as possible! The kiddies and I have spent so much time on our bots playing so many board games! They are also away on Sunday to their dads for a few days so I'm going to try get back into the gym! And just generally moving about as much as possible!!

I hope everyone is having a fab Christmas and that Santa has been good to you! Hope everyone is allowing time off for Christmas too!! X
 
I've been pretty solidly off plan for about 5 days, and I mean reeeaally off plan - I think you've gotta allow yourself some holidays off or you just resent doing it. Though agree with the full and bloated feeling! I hope you manage to STS at least or only a small gain, just think December's not over yet so you've got a few days to put it right if you have put anything on!
