First weigh today 2 and a half off, not bad considering I had a shaky start to the week! Next week will hopefully be a bigger loss!

Exercise - treadmill 2.23 miles 200 calls, rowing machine 10mins 120 cals, bike 8 miles (!!!!) 220 cals not too bad!

Been quite busy today
B- weetabix 2 and ss milk
l-
d- eggs and beans
pineapple
water!

Really not had a chance to have lunch.

Happy that I lost something this week, today was first day of exercise been a lazy moo the whole week! Not sure how long I will stay going to class, it was more so I could get back on the diet!

Hi Gilly :), I'm so sorry, I can see I liked your last post, but me being such a foodie was eyeing up the food you had written for that day :p, didn't look up to see you had lost 2.5 lbs yay !! :bliss:I'm so happy for you hun :). Food for today- no breakfast (slap hand!)
lunch- tuna and cucumber sandwich (bread heb as was wholemeal it was 270cals so not too bad) small pack of mixed fruit and a mullerlight strawberry yogurt
dinner- 4 Linda mc sausages and 2 small packs of beans! Was starving tonight!

I bought the kids in some munchies tonight and I have done so well not eating them! It's only 8 though but hopefully not dig in to anything! Was really annoyed this morning as my scales are showing no movement down! Ah well it's only Friday still 5 days til weigh in! Haha!

there are so many temping treats in the house it's my own fault for buying them! All for kids obviously. I think I will be fine though I'm strong enough atm to not actually eat any of it!

Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend! Am off work this week kids are off school today and tomorrow! Great timing! Ha! Looking forward to getting to the gym on wed,thurs,fri, sat and sun! Gonna buy A new swimming costume too and start back the swimming as I've really neglected that pool the past wee while!
Ive decided that I'm not gonna go back to class as I'm back on track now and will go back to weighing myself later in the week! Saturday I think will be my day again!

Food today has been good, just my usual! Gonna try different recipes on here though starting to get a tad bored of what I'm eating! Going to have an omelet for tea tonight. Going to do some exercise later it sounds a little sad but I love watching dance choreography on YouTube so might try to learn a few dance routines! Haha! Could also look up some exercise DVDs on YouTube too!

Went on scales today and it showed STS I'm not sure if I have reached a block on the diet but I'm gonna keep going and try up the fruit this week and water. I'm sure it's cos I haven't done any exercise too!

Noticed your comment Hun as I'm writing! I'm good just need to move my ass and exercise! Hope you are well? Nice weekend? My kids are away this weekend so I'm going to try and make it an active weekend! I'm maybe staying over at a girl from works on Friday for a girlie night although it could turn into a night out which I'm not sure I'm up for! Can't be bothered going out and getting drunk these days! Sorry guys totally rambling!!

Am defo trying to make Kays chicken korma this week not sure if there is an alternative to the coconut mullerlight a tho as nowhere in dundee stock them??!
 
I'm the same, need to get my butt moving! I've just got 30 day shred in the post, and started the 30 day squat, abs and arms challenges today so hopefully going to kick my body into gear!...Or die in the process, we'll see!

STS is so much better than a gain though, and I always find my body goes into mini-hibernation when I've missed exercise for a while, so could be that!


You could always try some fat free greek yog with coconut flakes or coconut milk (but think it has syns), I'm not really a Korma person so not sure how to make it better, but I normally use almond milk and greek yog with my tikka so might work for you! :)

Oh ditto, I seem to stay within the same weight bracket all the time, determined to get back down!

I've managed to fit in the first day of squats (55) already today, so just abs, arms and level 1 of shred to do tonight :)

Ha yeah that too, I thought I was doing them wrong as my spine really hurt but according to OH I'm doing them right, maybe I just have a really un-toned spine?! :p

I found the Strength and Abs fine, but the cardio nearly killed me! It's like I need level 2 strength and level 0 cardio! :D

Ahhh what's wrong with me!!! I can't stop eating the wrong things!! I'm so good all day and then at night I'm so bad!! I'm in the foulest moods today too work was awful today!!! After being off nearly 2 weeks!

On a positive note I have hired a personal trainer so I'm hoping this is what I need to get back on track!! Someone help me! Or give me a slap!!
