Red/Green days :-) Mission Skinny Bridesmaid!

I do prefer red and green days especially with the 2 HE's. Iv just been and bought those harvest morning bars every1 is on about from Aldi for a change il let u no wot there like :) x
 
Diary for today - breakfast weetabix with semi skimmed milk, lunch - bowl of homemade soup and tea - 3 poached eggs and half Tim of spaghetti hoops , snacks - Apple and two little packets of chopped apples and grapes :) lots of water!!

Scales are showing a 3lb loss this morning! Bloody typical that weigh in was Saturday and I had STS! On track for a good loss this week though! Another 3lb and I will hit the 3 stone mark!! Very exciting!! Xx

Done SW years back and lost 5st, put it all back on (plus some!), lost 4st but still a long way to go! Started SW again last week and lost 7.5lb in the first!

Really inspires me to hear success and share recipes, you're doing so well!
 
Diary (green) for today - breakfast- weetabix with semi skimmed milk. Hea and b Lunch -tomato and herb mug shot (free) tea - tiny bit of chicken, mashed potatoes, carrot and swede mash, sweet corn and peas mmm was so yum!
Two pieces of melon and tons of water :D

Was so happy the scales were showing 15st 9lb this morning! That is 4lb off so far and 2lb away from 3 stone! Official weigh in on sat :) I would be soooooooo happy for me to have lost 6lbs this week to get my 3 stone award!! Xx

I like the old SW plan of red/green, could never make sense of the ee stuff!

I do a mixture of both days but trying to do more red, find I lose more with red days - although green days fill me up more and are much cheaper!

Must admit, diet coke chicken is a favourite of mine and its not uncommon to find me eating tins of mackerel and crab sticks haha :)

Completely the same I'm def old school green days :) I'm not too bothered about meat and I love potatoes so much! That's why it's so perfect for me :)

water is the key in losing weight too though! Well done on your weight loss so far we can do this :D

We can and we will! Its easy when you really want it isn't it.

What's you're favourite meal? For a green day i love mushroom pasta and rice pudding.

I eat more on SW than any other time haha

Favourite meal is sw chips, poached eggs and beans simple but filling and yummy!! I don't have any syns of the diet as that's my way of controlling the urges! Although I don't really have them anymore! If I do then sometimes I will just have a bit but usually I'm fine with everything I eat :)

im away to Asda today to try find these free sausages the kinda McCartney ones which are meant to taste like stuffing! They sound yum! Those with mash potatoes and peas mmm! Xx
 
Busy today!! Have such a headache!! I've eaten 3 Linda McCartney sausage today (red onion ones) I'm blooming starving now! Got some potatoes on and gonna put on three more! I read somewhere they are free? I hope so! If anyone reads this and knows please can you let me know? Thanks =) gonna try find it on here! Had 1 weetabix with about 150 semi skimmed milk too so will have another one later with the rest of my hea..x

I had a really good loss last week though so if i stay the same I will be happy. Hoping to average 2lb a week, anything extra is a bonus :)

Cooked myself today ' stroganoff'... i fried up mushrooms, onions and sliced chicken (HEB), added a splash a milk and a dollap of low fat sweet chilli philli....served with potato and veg. Mmmm really enjoyed it!

ahh my my mouth is totally watering at the thought of this! How many syns is the dollap of philli? You could use quorn chicken pieces too? They free?? I think I may try this!!

The sweet chilli Philly is 2syns for 25g. You really don't need much to make a sauce. Just melt it in a tiny bit of milk x
