Day 57 completed 100%. A week of eating 1 bar a day along with 2 sensible healthy meals in Spain caused me to have some rather nasty side effects. I couldn't keep food down and ended up being sick once a day as a result. Having had a think about it I believe it may be as a result of cheese, cured ham, lack of carbs (from only having 1 bar a day) and excess protein consumption. I have decided going forward to change to TS man plan for the remainder of my allocated time on the diet. To compensate for the excess calories (800 instead of 600) I will be going for a 30 minute walk or swim every day!
Breakfast: lemon bar
Lunch: cherry and almond bar
Dinner: beef stirfry curry
Dessert: chocolate coconut bar
