that is brill Red, well done to you.

and dont use the fact you have a lot to lose as an excuse, regardless of all that you are making the steps to take the weight off and a weight loss is brilliant in any terms.

Today in full:

February 11th
Breakfast – feeling ill 2 cups of peppermint tea
Lunch – more peppermint tea
Tea small bowl superfree vegetable soup, 2 wholewheat crackerbread with half an extra light laughing cow – small banana
Snacks: Del monte raspberry iced smoothie lolly (84cals) (4syns)
Syns: 4
HexA: Laughing cow
HexB: 2 wholewheat crackerbread.
 
Also father in laws party has been postponed until next week so I'll flexi-syn that then. Everyone here is ill and some other guests so it will be better next week. I'm glad becasue I feel dreadful and I'd have to finish his card.
 
Feeling a bit better by just after lunchtime and hungry! So had a big brunch. OH and the kids were having pancakes (American style) which made me crave maple syrup so I drizzled mine over a banana! ;) It did the job.

Here is today so far, the plan is to have Silvermane's Thai quorn curry tonight but I still have to go to Tesco so it may be swapped for something quicker not sure yet.

February 12th – Green
Brunch – Black coffee, 3 quorn sausages, fried egg (in frylight) mushrooms, onions, tomato, baked beans, Reggae Reggae sauce (1syn) – sliced banana with maple syrup (2syns) and a Satsuma.

Tea – Quorn thai curry and rice (3syns)

Snacks – Options drink (2syns), Mini milk (1.5syns), Alpen light bars

Syns – 10

HexA - Baby bel light

HexB - Philadelphia light (in curry for tea), Alpen Light bars

I am having the Thai curry - it is cooking at the minute. I have counted the Philly light as a HexB for a green day (it's just under the 57g amount per person in the recipe) and added a few more veg than the original recipe (butternut squash - as I already had some I'd cut up and I love it ;), mange tout and baby sweetcorn. I had been saving syns planning on a flexi syn day today so I'm going to have a few more syns today than usual and go back to preparing for next Saturday after the weekend.
 
Tea is already in the slow cooker. I'm off to tutor in a minute and then taking the kids to a party at a soft-play :eek:

This is today so far:

February 13th – Easy Extra

Breakfast – Black coffee - omelette with ham, onion, mushroom, tomato and 2 laughing cow (HexA), some more mushrooms. tomato and onion on the side. Reggae Reggae sauce (1syn) satusma


Lunch – no lunch


Tea – Britmum’s Slow cooked spicy Asian Beef (2.5syns)(see Britmum’s site for recipe) and rice mixed with bulgar wheat, steamed mange-tout and broccoli to accompany . Mullerlight


Snack – banana, Options drink (2syns), Alpen light bars.


Syns – 5.5

This is today. I am not doing a sauce with the steak maybe just havin mustard as I'm using philly extra light in dessert. The syns aren't final yet either as I'm just guesstimating quantities so I may change them according to what I do

Tea – Fillet steak, asparagus, mushrooms and onion, spinach, SW potato wedges – meringue (3 syns) Philadelphia extra light ( 4 check syns) white choc options (1 syn – between 2) and raspberries. Maple syrup (2syns)
Philly x light= 2 syn per 28g
