Ria-Lou's round 2 - Determind to get the weight off this year!

Well the hump day is nearing the final hurdle!
The boy is home in about 5 hours and counting!! :bighug:this is what I'm going to do to him when he gets home!!
I've been for a walkin the lovely sunshine and stocked up on fruit, Mixed fruit salad with no melon - rasps and strawb's. Forgot to pick up some lettuce as I was planning on having a seafood stick salad for lunch tomorrow so will have to come up with an alternative. Might have to be tuna pasta salad.

When I got back to the office, I realised a little bubbly bunny had jumped in my bag!! :ignore: and then it made it into my mouth! Ooops!

God knows - I put our nickname for chinese ch in key so dont know why it's been starred!

Aaw Thank you, I think it's coz he doesn't go away often, so when he does I just miss him.
xx

As ridiculous as it might sound, it's classed as a racist remark... I know not everyone thinks it is, but I've not long since done a course on this sort of thing, so I'm guessing that's why!

Food looks good hun! And enjoy your treat tonight :) just what's needed when AF is visiting... cuddles, chinese food and the warmth of being indoors! Lol x

That will be why honey! Obvious not meant like that though! It's just a yorkshirism xxxx

Morning all - Well Ian didn't end up getting home until 8.30pm last night as there were some big problems with the trains, so obviously we didnt want to eat a full chinese that late, and as neither of us could be bothered to cook - we went for a small KFC - Small I know is still bad, but instead of our usual boneless banquet for 4 (I know ) I had a 3 piece meal and Ian had a boneless box for 1. This then gave us more time for welcome home cuddles but then we were both soooooo tired, we went to bed at 9.45!!! So much for a welcome home!

We've decided tonight will be the welcome home tea but as we dont have much in, it is going to have to be pie, possibly oven chips, peas and a touch of gravy. Then the weekend plans have been decided, and as the weather is going to be slightly warmer, we're off for a day trip to the seaside. This wil undoubtedly mean a serving of fish and nips but hey ho! When in Rome and all that.....

I'm meeting a friend for coffee this lunchtime so havent brought any lunch, but I can nip over to M&S on my way back and pick someting up.

Eats for today
Pre B - Hot lemon water
B - mixed fruit salad - no melon
L- TBC
Post gym -banana
T - small chicken pie, small portion of oven chips, large helping of peas and possibly another veg
S- Apple, Muller Greek strawberry yogurt

It's nearly the weekend peoples - and it's my early week so that mean a 4pm finish!!

IT'S FRIDAY PEOPLES!!!!!!!!!!!!! :winner:

Well I slept the best last night I have done in a while, dont know if it's a combination of Ian being home and then powering through the gym last night! I feel mighty fine this morning, my tummy is not as achy even though I managed 16 sit ups, my legs feel stronger and I'm sure the layer of back fat has decreased when I looked in the mirror this morning!

Todays eats are a bit mis-lead as we're on the virge of needing to stock up, and I didnt prepare any lunch last night. I also discovered this morning that I'd run out of lemons! :grumble: so no hot lemon water for me this morning.

B - 35g Bran flakes, skimmed milk, x1 white coffee
L- Maybe a salad box from sandwich shop, or something like a Jacket tatty
T- TBC - nothing has been decided yet (which could be dangerous)
S- Apple, nectarine, Muller Greek strawberry yogurt

It'll be plenty of green tea and water for me today too me thinks.

Hope all my lovelies, have got a fab weekend planned.
xxxxx

Well lunch turned out better than planned - our cafe do fresh sandwich fillings, so I asked if I could have a jacket potato with chicken, bacon and tomato and it was lovely, I also had a bottle of diet coke which i havent had for ages.
now just hoping tea will be just as good.
xx

Well we spent today in Chester, it was so nice. Just got back from doing the supermarket run on the way home. I've had a pork sandwich and an apple cake, and for tea we are having steak sandwich but I'm only having 1 small bread roll.
Plan for tomorrow is to have a house/garden tidy up followed by a gammon dinner!

Why does my body clock not know its the weekend?? Been awake since about 7 and Ian was awake since 5 so we've both had a lazy morning on the sofa with copious amounts of tea! Going to crack on with the housework after lunch, not sure if to have a salad or to have a sandwich full of salad for some extra energy!
Dinner is going to be a slow roasted gammon with sweet potato mash, broccoli and carrots.

It looks like peeps have had a wonderful weekend and brilliant losses on the scales - mine are still stuck at 13.12!!!!
Going to have to super plan as from weds 11th this week- it's 100 days till the big Jollie!
