Monday morning Eurgh - after about 4 hours sleep, how am I supposed to function till 6pm??? don't know why I've suddenly developed a sleep problem but it can do one now!
Todays eats :-
B- all bran golden crunch, skimmed milk
L - Ham salad box - bought in from sandwich shop, with lettuce, cuc, toms, peppers, cress, beetroot, egg, and a naughty dollop of coleslaw.
T -Chicken in tomato sauce, with tagliatelli.
Week plan is something like this.
B - mix up of fruit and yogurt, bran flakes (w&m), All Bran golden crunch (w&m)
L- Tikka chicken salad, SW quiche or mini muffins, Jacket potato, or anything else that could be suggested
T - Lamb 'kebabs', gammon risotto, Spaghetti Bolognese.
S - Fruit, W Watchers/Muller yogurts, Rocky Road Hi-fi bars.
I'm open to new ideas or suggestions you've got to help get the scales moving, Am going to do interval training on the bike this week and maybe hit the gym on Saturday.,
