Sounds like a lovely day I'm Chester :) I think the really lovely weather only visited the south didn't it....

Urgh can't imagine being up like that on a weekend. I think Sarah gets up pretty early though! Did you get an early night? xxxx

Yep, we are always up early on weekends- I would love to be able to sleep in but find sleeping past 7am totally impossible, even after a really late night out.

Sounds like you had a lovely weekend.

What's your week looking like honey? I'm sure you'll get those scales moving soon.

Monday morning Eurgh - after about 4 hours sleep, how am I supposed to function till 6pm??? don't know why I've suddenly developed a sleep problem but it can do one now! :badmood:

Todays eats :-
B- all bran golden crunch, skimmed milk
L - Ham salad box - bought in from sandwich shop, with lettuce, cuc, toms, peppers, cress, beetroot, egg, and a naughty dollop of coleslaw.
T -Chicken in tomato sauce, with tagliatelli.

Week plan is something like this.
B
- mix up of fruit and yogurt, bran flakes (w&m), All Bran golden crunch (w&m)
L-
Tikka chicken salad, SW quiche or mini muffins, Jacket potato, or anything else that could be suggested
T -
Lamb 'kebabs', gammon risotto, Spaghetti Bolognese.
S -
Fruit, W Watchers/Muller yogurts, Rocky Road Hi-fi bars.
I'm open to new ideas or suggestions you've got to help get the scales moving, Am going to do interval training on the bike this week and maybe hit the gym on Saturday.,

Oh well the sleep depravation, has just made me eat a thin slice of triple chocolate cake - more work for me off the bike tonight then me thinks, then hopefully it will tire me out enough so I SLEEP!!!!!

Tuesday sunshine yippee!

Well after going to bed at 9.05pm, I slept better and feel better today! It's amazing how waking up to sunshine can make you feel better!

Despite being soo tired I could have slept on a washing line last night, I managed to make breakfast and lunch for today.
B - Orange segments, Mango, Pineapple and rasp's
L- Tikka chicken salad, lettuce, cucumber, red pepper and avocado
T - Gammon and veg risotto
S- W Watchers caramel wafer bar, W Watchers yogurt

How's all my fav peeps today?

I literally couldn't keep my eyes open by about 9, so I had a cup of warm milk then went to bed.

Sounds delish!! I love risotto, but it just takes so long to cook! It always takes much longer for me so it puts me off making lol
 
I'm a teerible person for picking though when I'm in the kitchen... I'm much better if I can set sometrhing going and leave the room. Even when I pick at free food, I end up feeling full by the time I've cooked anything lol x
 
I just munch on a bit of the free veg we're putting in, like a carrot, pepper, or a bit of rolled up ham, something enough to take off the hunger but then not fill me up too much.

Morning lovelies!

Well it's a training day for me today so will only be able to catch up when we have breaks.
B- multigrain porridge with skimmed milk and rasps
L- left over gammon and veg risotto
T- pulled pork sat in the slow cooker, might have with sweet potato wedges and veg
S- rocky road hi-fi and mango/pineapple chunks
