got next week to go through the chapters and tidy them up ect then the week after to do my conclusion then im finished :D

well my weekend food diary is certainly something to be forgotten.

Friday - special k
L - sandwich and crisps
D - none

Saturday
B/L pizza and salad
D - 2 slices of pizza (was at a friends so didnt realise she was going to do pizza too!)

about 5 glasses of a cocktail (archers, cranberry and something else) 2 glasses of rose

Sunday - Special K
Lunch/dinner - a burger
S - apple

LOL so as you can see i spectacularly fell off the wagon!

i am seriously jumping up and down!!

weighed myself on friday before i left for my now new other half's house i was dead on 14 stone

weighed myself this morning

13 stone 13lbs!!!!!! even though i ate crap it wasnt much and we did so much walking at blackpool

and maybe the other fun way of exercising helps too wink wink nudge nudge lol
 
Hahahaha!!! Well that particular activity does tend to burn a lt of calories, lol. Congrats.
You're allowed the odd off week, good to see it didn't affect you :)

thanks babe, im on cloud nine at the moment! new fella (although he lives 180 miles away :() nearly finished uni, job to go to and a new me!

I still feel horribly fat though, even when i look in the mirror and when i buy size 16 clothes i still feel like im 18 stone. lets hope the realization sets in soon..

gym today

20 minutes xtrainer
20 minutes bike
13 minutes treadmill
7 minutes xtrainer

Great news, congratulations! The body changes quicker than the mind sometimes, doesn't it! (Your body is changing pretty quickly) What about taking photos- perhaps three standard shots, front, back and side- every half stone to stone loss- and displaying these in some prominant position from heaviest down? Let your brain catch up a bit.

Hey hey, I'm glad everything in your life seems to be coming to fruition all in one big go, with the bloke and job and such.
The body changes much easier than the mind, less calories and a bit of exercise and things start changing, minds need all sorts of encouragement and lots of proof. I think the photos would probably be a good idea too :)

You do amazingly at the gym! I did 15 mins on rowing machine and 20 on cross trainer and I was sweating like a*insert rude simile here*.

How's work n such?

well ive got just under 2 weeks left to do my dissertation, need to get all my forms and that sent off for my job so will hopefully get that done by the end of the week.
 
Measured myself today..

Thighs - 26'
hips - 48.5ish
waist - 34
arms - 14

Need to get my hips down to about a 41 inch if i want to get in size 14s, 40 to be comfortable

Measured myself yesturday as its been a month and although my thighs and arms are the same

Hips - 46.8
Waist - 33

so nearly 2 inches off my hips and 1 inch off my waist in a month!

b - special k
L - healthy eating BBQ chicken wrap - 300 cals and crisps 106 cals
D - Lamb steak with veg

its definatly doable babe! I've managed it since January so im quite proud of myself really.

tried on some shorts in new look

size 18 :D and they were slightly to big!!!!!

Oh congrats on the measurements and shorts lol, good times :) You're doing amazingly.

What machines do you use at the gym, I do pretty much exclusively the rowing machine and cross trainer; have you found any other machines to be good?
 
my gym is small but i do cross trainer, rower, bike and treadmill. i hate running so just do a quick walk on a high incline which burns just as much calories.

i tend to do 3 machines when i go, normally alternate between the rower and bike
