meh im stressed out with uni stuff but apart from that everythings fine

B - special k
L - half a duck wrap (was awful) and a packet of square (97 calories!)
D - Salmon steak and veg

S - apple/banana

Gym
25 minutes xtrainer
20 minutes bike
16 minutes treadmill

Arm and Abs weights

Thanks love, i know! hopefully by the end of september ill be just under 12 stone then my aim for xmas is 11 stone!

L - brown bread sandwich with minty lamb, crisps

well i seem to have put on 1lb! lol. My mate who is a fitness freak says its because i was dehydrated when i weighed myself from my drinking over the weekend lol!
 
I have heard that dehydration/alcohol theory before- apparently most weigh in lighter after a big night out. It will be interesting to see how long the pound sticks around-not for long on you Ria, I bet.
 
haha i hope not. been quite unwell this weekend with a very swollen throat. Helped my food intake though! lol

Yesturday

L - Prawn sandwich (seeded bread) and salt and vinger crisps

Today

L - Roast Dinner

25 minutes treadmill
25 minutes bike
10 minutes cross trainer
Arm weights

Im gonna move back to my proper weigh in day this week which is Wednesday otherwise my day will get earlier and earlier! lol
 
Well i said i was moving my weigh in day back to wednesday, but i cant!

13 stone 10lbs!!!!!! :D :D

Thank you hun. I've got a little while to go yet, i want to get to 11 stone, my mother reckons ill look ok at 12 stone but we shall see lol

Good on you! Ria, I notice you don't list any calories from drinks. (I can't give up my many cups of tea, all with skim milk of course!) Do you only drink water/diet soft drinks on most days?
