I started with 500 on DD the first week, but some days had 600 or just under.

Good luck with this woe, I'm finding my energy levels on DD are the same or better than UP, but was tired the first few. :)
 
It's easy peasy love - just put everything in MFP and you'll be laughing :)

Val and I do DDs (500 cals) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; and the other days are 2000 cals or thereabouts - which you can use any way, although I think high fat and protein and low carb is the best way forward there :)
 
i want to make a big batch of soup but how would i work that out ?
onions,tin toms,celery,chicken stock cube,peppers,carrots.?

Yep I must say I am enjoying it much more than I thought I would :) Especially DDs, I thought I'd stagger through them, dreaming about all the food I'd eat the next day, but it isn't panning out like that...

I had to do my bra up on the middle hook/eyes instead of the end, this morning - oh and during the week I wore a ring which, to be fair, was always a bit loose, but I waved my hand in the air (as you do) and it came flying off and hit a friend on the nose :D
