Do NOT beat yourself up about eating plans. I firmly believe that we are all different and some eating habits will really suit some people and not others. Katie, Jim and Di are doing really well on low carb, but I kept sabotaging myself, so it was time for me to look at other options.
I'm not confident enough yet to say that JUDDD is the answer for me, I'm just coming up to the end of week 1, but I am feeling good so far, I know I've lost weight, I'm eating loads of veg which always makes me feel mentally better, and I even felt chipper enough to do a walk yesterday - which hasn't happened in months.
But maybe it won't suit you, and SW will? I'm never hungry first thing so I'm lucky that way with the DDs.
