had a take away last night..blahhh however going to redeem myself today as we're going to have
a little BBQ...children love sausages,so i said we cold.
don't know if the tabs have kicked in or the fact i have the grandchildren here,however i'm at ease,and not ready to kill
as i have been feeling.
will report next week as they go home on monday....
mean and green next week,and intend to put my heart and should all in.
the fight is on !

you know you lot rock ya know that,you really do !
nothing to report here really,children gone home :wave_cry:
but back next weekend and they look forward to nanny making more snowing in the bath lol
i bought silly soap,you know the children's spray moulding one,and when it's almost empty i hold it up high
and spray it,and it comes out a bit like snow....they love it....squeels of..."oh wow nanny made it snow".
frogville......seperated reds and yellows,to much hopidy hop hop going on....tree frog calling is driving OH to
distraction,he's convinced i've trained them to start when the footballs on lol
it's monday the game is on to shed some poundage for holiday. !

kids found it great fun,best bit for me was their little faces,my daughter came up to see what we we were up to,
called me a nutter for some reason.
been to tesco,and bought tins of toms,onions,green peppers,stock,celery(yuk) going to make a soup tomorrow.

Most people seem to do 500/2000, to start with, including me The calculator gave me 2540 on my UDs but that's really hard to achieve - when I avoid pizza and wine!
