Have decided to join you all and start my own food diary here. I have 3 stone to lose, and I'm hoping to achieve it by May.
Today is my 5th day on plan, doing a mix of red/green/ee. Please feel free to comment.

Bacon sandwich/ 2 ww brown bread, scrape of mustard, bacon, salad.

Spag Bol/ pasta and extra lean mince mixed in with half jar (500g) of dolmio sauce. 28g light cheese.

HEA/ milk for coffee
HEB/ 2 slices ww bread
