Well, I had my shake for my lunch with chocolate and vanilla, and then i had a snack of some wotsits.
My dinner, was 2 potato waffles, and a weight watchers quiche with some salad. I think I maybe about 30 cals over from yesterday but today I think I made up for it, with all my walking ive done today.
Today I decided not to go to the rugby in - temps and go to shopping instead with my friend. So, we went shopping in a local market town, and i stocked up on some good bargains. I got some WW brownie deserts from iceland along with some squares and french fries, then I got some breakaway choc bars (99 cals), and a youngs fish and chips meal. I went into poundland and stocked up on WW soup, tortilla wraps, cookies (packs of 2 for 89 cals), and Caramel Marshmellow sandwhiches (45 cals each). Oh and WW Hot choc. Everything i brought today was under cals.... However......
We went into a pub for lunch, and I couldnt calorie count very well, so I had a steak chiabatta with chips and salad. I didnt have any pudding but I did buy a small pick n mix, which to be honest, wasnt worth it. But I wanted it, I got it and now I dont want it again....
Tonight im not feeling hungry so ill just have lots of water and start again tomorrow. Weigh day is Monday so im not holding out much. a STS will be good for me tbh, but Ive had a pretty rough week, so ill see what happens from it.
Ill be on the exercise bike for a bit tomorrow, to try and get some of the cals off. My boyf and I are having a M and S dine in on Valentines Day, which will be well over 600 cals, so that day will be a right off, but Ill just have to work it off!
