I know I seem to be having the same thing every day, but I'm pretty skint, so I have to buy stuff and eat it until it's gone. Unfortunately I can't afford to buy ingredients for lots of different meals - even if I could I'd probably still have potato wedges every day cos they're lush.

First day of school holidays tomorrow, my daughter needs to slim down a bit too so we're planning lots of walks and bike rides. I hope we get further than just planning this time! xx
