Thank you Cat, I have been on plan 100% this week and have drunk bucket fulls of water so I'm chuffed with the results.
 
Weds 4th July:

Breakfast:
2 scan bran 0.5 HEB
marmite

Brunch (after weigh in - natch)
3 rashers bacon
baked beans
mountain of mushrooms
2 eggs
1 slice wholemeal bread 0.5 HEB
(this is my post weigh in pig out)

I know you're not supposed to split the healthy extras and usually I don't.

Dinner: (planned)
I still have half a bag of prawns and half a sachet of stir fry sauce left so will pop to the shops soon and get some more stir fry veg
5 syns for stir fry sauce
Lots of fruit salad from my SOTW spoils.
Mullerlight yog

Evening snack (planned)
Curly Wurly (bought a 5 pack on monday - yay!)
6 syns
Skimmed milk HEA

Total syns = 11

Breakfast:
Fried egg
1 wholemeal toast HEB

Was out all day so missed lunch

Snack
Weetos bar (d'ya hear that Nat? A WEETOS bar!) 4.5 syns
Skinny latte from costa coffee 5.5 syns? But maybe not that as the milk will be from HEA

Dinner
SW beefburger
Spicy potato wedges
Mixed salad
Fresh fruit salad
Half a mullerlight

Evening snack:
Curly wurly 6 syns

EDIT: still hungry, probably from missing lunch do gonna have:

Bowl of SP soup
1 slice bread (other half of HEB from this morning
1 xtra light laughing cow cheese triangle

Total syns = 16 (if that)

Don't you have any bread with your soup? That just wouldn't keep me full long enough even though the soup is filling in itself.

Nah, I'd already used up my bread allowance this morning and I'm not wasting syns on more... :) I am hungry though so just had a snack lol

Breakfast:
Mullerlight yogurt 1.5 syns

Lunch:
1 slice wholemeal toast
1 fried egg
(actually made 2 eggs and 2 toast but my daughter sat next to me doing 'puss in boots' eyes at me so she had half)

Cinema snack:
Weetos bar 4.5 syns

Late lunch EDIT:
Was gonna have mugshots but the cupboard was bare! So had:
Tuna
Mixed salad
Half pack of cous cous 2 syns


Dinner (planned)
SW beefburgers
Potato wedges
LOTS of mixed salad
Milky way 6 syns

Total syns = 12.5

I see no superfree at all so far today young lady! Tsk!

Oh...and I now have Weeto Bars! Many boxes! LOL I shall have pleasure emptying one to take to Jac so she can spread the word.
 
Yeah I know! Me bad. Gonna have a mugshots now for late lunch so still no super free! Isn't the point of having it so you don't get hungry inbetween meals and snack on rubbish? I've just been to the cinema and just had one weetos bar so have resisted the popcorn. Will have half super free with my dinner later tonight!!
