Hello Everyone!

No word on job front I'm afraid!

I'm going to change my WI day to a Friday! As I eat more convenience stuff at The weekend with my OH I'd like my losses to truly affect my hard work!!! Plus I'm so buy its silly and I can't really WI when I'm away or off work etc as my timetable keeps changing!

Do I weigh myself Tuesday or not?

Hope everyone is ok! Friday was fab I was v gd, yesterday was my mums birthday so I used the majority of my weeklies and enjoyed it! Out to lunch today and then back to it!!!

Yay a lot of us WI Fridays Ruth, I've found it much better than when I used to WI on a Wednesday:)

Dinner: New Covent Garden Soup & WW Pitta

PP Wednesday- Earlies
Breakfast: Crumpets x2
Lunch: Quiche Lorraine & Salad
Dinner: Turkey Burgers

PP Thursday- Lates
Breakfast: Bacon & Egg
Lunch: Tuna Niscoise Salad
Dinner: New Covent Garden Soup & WW Petit Pains

PP Friday- Earlies
Breakfast: Belvita Biscuits
Lunch: WW Lunch Pot
Dinner: Chicken Drumsticks

Will leave it there incase my shifts change!

I'm ok, had a good day yesterday food wise and I'll have a good week gym and food.

I just know I'll be disappointed Friday coz I know I'll be stuck at 11 again, it seems to be how it happens with me:( I just feel that if I could get into the 10's it'd give me a buzz and really serious motivation but to see 11 I know I'll be really down and have that "what's the point" shitty bingey attitude.

Friday is defo the best day to WI... U can use all weeklies and then have 4 days till WI ;) I would just leave it till next Friday chick ;) plans looking good! Hugs z

We only spent 15 quid and got everything we needed for a week!!!!

Really pleased and one less thing to worry about!!!!

I did slimming world years ago and I found it too much messing about, I like the freedom of WW plus I do it online and I just find it so easy to follow. I've looked at SW and I just find it too complicated, I think WW just fits my style of life:)

Yeah I know what you mean I just wonder if your body needs a bit of a shake up?!?! I think that WW is by far the best but sometimes our bodies just get used to it!!

Yeah I've been thinking 'what now' but when i get rid of my angry head and get my positive one on I think I've got to adjust myself I can't do lots of exercise and still only eat the minimum. I've kind of got a plan of action this week so I'm gonna see how it goes. Then maybe think about something else:)

Ok well as long as you're feeling fine with it for the time being! I suppose when you're as close as you are to goal its all about trial and error :) you will get there though u have done amazingly well :D a true inspiration :)

I'm on here to have a very large moan!!!!

My mates boyfriend controls her completely to the point where it's frightening and ruins our nights out!

She didn't show up for her lunch with us today so I messaged her asking if she was ok, (we went out Friday and her OH tagged along and ruined our night even though I tried really hard with him!) she asked why we left early and I ended up telling her that we got a bit fed up of being controlled. I told her this because everytime something goes wrong with her and her OH she comes crying to me!

Cue her OH pretending to be her calling me a backstabber threatening me and telling me to 'keep my fat nose out of his business' and telling me that 'she couldn't be arsed to turn up to lunch' and that I should 'sort my own un-perfect relationship out'.....

My OH saw this and messaged him telling him to watch it.... He replied offering his address and my OH told him to give up at which her OH tried to be hard :/

Now I'm not being funny, but around 1 month ago her OH spent nearly one hour messaging me saying he was gna end it with her as she didn't appreciate him, I talked him round and sorted it out, listened and talked to him about his problems etc. the worst thing is, I wasn't alone at dinner so it's not all my fault but I'm being blamed for the lot! He also had a go about my weight which was great....

I'm just like WHAT THE HELL?!?! I spend all my time looking after my friend and her OH even though I know he stops her going out and seeing everyone and she has lost most of her friends but now she has lost me and the 2 other friends we were out to dinner with... So silly!

I know she doesn't realise she's being controlled but he invites himself round all the time and if I say we are having a girly night he texts my mate every minute! She went to a Halloween party in York and he dumped her for it.... She has stayed over because she is frightened and on her own birthday he made her go home at 11 because he was tired and he had work in the morning (even though he CBA with a job and has been on the dole for nearly 3 years) we even offered to have her to stay and he wouldn't have it!

I have no idea what to do... Her shoes are in my kitchen and my flatmate wants to sell them on EBay....

Going to follow you back if you don't mind! Read what you wrote about your friend.experience has taught me that most girls won't listen in these situations.they are too far into the relationship and too used to being controlled to be persuaded of the truth. Best you can do is let your mate know that you love her, support her and will always be there if she ever needs you but be firm that her OH has crossed a line and you will be keeping your distance from now on and will only spend time with her on her own. Bad situation though. Very hard to watch a friend getting hurt.
 
Hi chick. Wow that's a tough situation with the friend. Unfortunately getting involved never helps... U just have to wait till she sees for herself and then pick up the pieces... Ignore her oh! He's a tool
