Hi is the ap calculator correct as i had my pedometer on and it says 1 ap but on working out the calculation it says 4 will someone check for me i am 147 pounds walked for 85 mins at medium intesity lol x
 
Hi been on ww web and put in my activity 130 min walk and it says 9 ap but using the maths formula it is only 6.2 any help please lol x

Had a great day been for a long walk, only thing stuck on is i have tried to work out ap using the calculation that was on here, but it is different when i go to ww web and put in the walking it gives me different ap used so not sure which is right any ideas lol x

I've always done it by my book/website so maybe what you started on carry on with it?

ON ww it said less ap than the calculation but my pedometer said even less than both of them think i will ask consultant next week lol x
