Ruth how do you work out your ap? I have the WW app and get mine from that but it seems I get very little for what I do:)

I get mine from the back of my purple book and also for recognised activities off the website :)

Just depends on my intensity :)

heres the formula girls:

multiply current weigh in pounds by the number of minutes you worked out, then multiply that with
0.00327 for moderate
or
0.0008077 for high intensity work out

so for Tracy for example:
154 (weight) x 60 (1 hr) x 0.0008077(high intensity work out) = 7.4 aps :)
