I'm grand, had a loss this week even though I'm trying to maintain, so back to the drawing board lol. I'd love to try the power plate, might give it a go in the future. I've a bad back though and I thought it might not be great for it, but we'll see. Good luck with starting the c25k, you could probably skip the first few weeks because you already jog a little don't you ?

I have a really really bad back after an accident 2 years ago, the Flabelos Power Plate is good for lower back pain and eases things for me quite a lot :)

I can run/jog for between 10 and 15 minutes at 8.0 on a treadmill so should I start from the beginning or not?

Just doing a shop at Sainsburys online- means I dont have to pick if I do it this way!!!!

Its so hard trying to drink 2 Litres of water when I dont like water too :( oh dear lol!

Going to nip to Sainsburys tomorrow instead I think as their site isnt working properly! Will get some fizzy water- I used to drink that by the bucketload I cant believe I didnt think of it!!!

If you can run that long you can probably skip ahead to week 4 or 5 I'd say as you'll find the start very simple otherwise? Lunch looks amazing... I had a bagel too. I can't find those WW brownie ice creams anywhere anymore, ireland sucks!! X

I might try a bit of weeks 2,3 and 4 to see how I go I just dont want to knacker myself out after one day but im also looking for something to push me :)

Right ive just had a look and im gonna go straight in at week 4 because its similar to what I was doing :) feel a bit guilty for skipping the weeks tho!!!

Dont feel guilty, i think couch to 5k the first few weeks are designed for running novices, but if you already can do abit of running no point in wasting time doing the weeks that you already easily can do :) x

Im a bit frightened that as im going to be gaining muscle im going to put weight on and I really cant afford to do it- will lose inches tho?!

Im okay, really cant wait for my dinner though ha super hungry! Trying to wait till 6 so it fills me up as much as possible till as late as possible...then have 3PP for a snack around 9 :)

I really want to start exercising, i had intentions of joining a gym this jan but then lost my job there at the start of jan :( So i cant commit to a monthly payment till i find a new part time job! I have loads of dvds like some pump it up ones, and the 30 day shred but i cant get motivated to do them :( And like you said i have saw loads of girls on here and in meeting who have started exercising and have ended up having little losses or even gains due to exercise :(

But i guess the way we have to see it is that this is a lifestyle change and at the end of the day if we get into the way of exercising now and include it as part of our daily lifestyle the weight although might come off slower at the start will stay off longer.

Although i still have 12.5lbs to lose i am worried about maintaining, as i know if i have even a few days off plan i end up gaining! Gained 5lbs over xmas period off plan, so i want to start exercising so i can give myself another way of maintaining my weight rather than fully relying on my diet alone.

I mean id rather have a nice meal out, or a takeaway treat once a week and work out for an hour or so and burn it off rather than feel like i cant have treats, which is what i live like these days :(

I'll be scared of maintaining too but I'm sure you will be fine and you will definitely get to your goal! You will be fab!!!

Well I drank my 2 litres of water but my dinner was disgusting and my OH went to McDonald's after I finished so I got something too! Didn't do too bad! I know why I'm craving bad food though- TOTM has appeared I really need to stop it taking over my cravings!!!!

Also I didn't finish work until after 1030 so nearly 2 hours late so I didn't do C25K what is wrong with me grrr!!! I may have a go at it outside tomorrow!!! :(

Still got 25 weeklies left which is fine but I need to reel myself in- this is what happens when I don't have a back up plan! 2 disasters at work have ended up with me eating rubbish!!!

:(

On another note- I have applied for another job! I'm so frightened of applying for jobs as I feel like I'm letting my boss down and almost like I can't leave! Im treated really badly though :( I don't think I'll get it but it's all experience!!!
