Spinach
Roasted Red Pepper
Mushrooms
Brown Sauce = 1
Reduced Fat Cathedral City 15g (1/2 HEA)
Coffee & 1% Milk (1/2 HEA)
Frozen Grapes
Lunch:
Chicken breasts
Garlic
FF Greek Yogurt
Mixed Herbs
Lemon Tea
Morello Cherries & FF Greek Yog
2 Slices of Garlic bread?! (Frozen, Asda) = 6?!
Party
5x Vodka Diet Coke = 12.5
= 19.5 I dont think I have ever done that well at a party... I don't eat bread with the exception of a mini naan with a curry, but was worried that I wouldn't be able to hold my drink if I didn't have some!! I have terrible IBS so need to eat at least 2 hrs before I start drinking too. Anyone else combatted this??
