I thought Id better nip on the scales this morning so I know what im working with lol
I do not know why Im doing it the day before lol!!!
Well after only 1 DD since my last WI (got another today) I stand at 13,9 which im hoping to shift with this DD today!
Im actually extremely pleased with that!
Need to start daily weighing to see what my body is doing lol!!!!
A couple of NSV's that I forgot to share from the weekend!!
-After I went out for a few on Saturday night I didnt get a McDonalds/Kebab/Pizza and I ALWAYS do, I just thought that I didn't need it and I actually felt a lot better the next day compared to if I'd had a greasy meal! (First time in over 2 years!)
-We went to Wetherspoons for breakfast in the morning (OH and I) and I just had a traditional breakfast, didn't eat the bacon, bread or butter and really enjoyed my black coffee!
-When we went for late Sunday dinner I was the only one at a table of 8 to turn down a pudding and there were many delicious things!! I just drank my diet coke
It was a pub in the middle of the Yorkshire Dales and they're always yummy!!!
-I can now wear my black shiny H&M skinny jeans with lovely short tops as I no longer have a muffin top
Just a few to keep me going as im now off to work eeeeek!
Im 22 in a month and a bit so I need a goal.... havent got a clue! 12th August, 9th of August will be my last WI (im actually going to the poshest restaurant in Harrogate then as its my Dads birthday so its great!!!) Including tomorrow I have 6 WIs!!! Hmmm...
