I know I'm new here Ruth so please forgive my chiming in - but I agree completely with Jo. I really think it's a case of examining all the options and deciding what will be the best long term way forward.

Right,

Long post ahead, warning!!

This group and this plan are the best things that have happened to me so far, I do not see why I should have to give them both up!
I love planning my DDs and UPs too so I can't see why, coupled with my new 3 Types of Antacids & IBS meds given to me I can't alter my food choices and make better choices to suit the needs of my body whilst being on JUDDD!
I really can't pay between £38 & £41 per week for a service that I will stray from- I know myself and I won't stick with it I can assure you!!!!
Except from 2 bouts of WW JUDDD is the longest program I have stuck with and that includes:
-Tony Ferguson
-Tesco Diets
-Boots Diet
-Slimming World X3
-Dukan Diet
-Detox Diet
-Slimpod
-Calorie Counting

I am NOT going to ruin this I am going to show the Doctors and other medical professionals that are doubting me that I CAN do this and I will get myself off the majority if not all of my medications by the time I get to goal- and Im REALLY going to enjoy showing them just exactly what I can do!
Tomorrow I am going to explain that I will be coming back at intervals for check ups as I am making my life better and in the long run costing them less money! If they don't like it then they can lump it!!
I finally feel in control and happy- no one is taking that away from me!

Rant over- time to get on with my life!

Have you considered having more calories on a dd to make less of a difference between the two?

Yes thats a good idea! Im usually ridiculously strict with myself!!

170g Fat Free Strained Total Greek Yogurt has 97 calories in it which is perfect for breakfast for me- i used to eat it all of the time on WW/SW etc!

Thats me sorted for something soothing!

I have also been recommended to have Yakult which is 42.9 cals which I can also fit in as well as Cloudy Apple Cider Vinegar at 19 Cals per 100ml and I only need a TBSP, I can do this :)

I would eat more but im less hungry as the days go on!

I know I can do this!!!

Don't waste your money on Yakult or any of the other bio products, they are just yoghurt, watered down and with icky additives - just go for good yoghurt :)

I am loving, really loving, your determination to get to the bottom of it, Ruth - you will crack this! :) xxx

Had a really hard time since getting back from hols, work is v stressful but more so was struggling getting back into vlcd. Did stick with it but knew I had to change before I went off track hence move to Juddd :)

DD today was easy as 3 Slim and Save packs was 406 cals.....guess it will get harder once I've enjoyed my up days lol
All new so trying to gleam loads of tips etc now.
