I lost 1 lb, back into the 8 stones. 1/2 stone left to lose.....

Thank you! It's good motivation when the scales go down! I'm gonna try to do a few extra red days this week see if I can get a better loss next week! xx

Total syns for week 119! I'm having such a rubbish week, girls brought in mince pies at work! I'm just hoping to stay the same at weigh in friday, really don't want to undo the work I've put in. :-(

Weigh in day tomorrow, I've had a pretty rubbish week, really wanted to stay within 70 syns but went over by quite a few! I'll be Happy to sts as im not sure i deserve a loss this week with the cakes & chocs i've eaten! I've got my Xmas works meal sat, so will syn that accordingly & really try to be good next week.
 
Weds are hard, I find a weekend hard too, not so much for food but I do like a tipple & when the hubby has a nice bottle of red to drink its soooo hard to say no! Also with the time of yr all the ladies I work with keep buying naughty treats!

I think your right with the line.....will just try to do better next week.
Have you always weighed on a Friday morning? I find its the best day for me as I can have a few treats on the weekend then be good the rest of the week, well that's usually the plan....not this week of course!!
 
No I weigh in on Thursdays (3lbs offtoday woo) and I prefer it a lot more than when I used to weigh in on a Tue.I work ratherlarge shifts on a weekend which cause me to pick more so I like to get my exercise in before the Thursday. I picked on Tue night at work and I was so down with myself my workmates was like get a grip... luckily going body combat yday helped I think :)
I'd love to weigh in on a Fri lol x
