Sammy Venns last 1/2 stone..........

Weigh in day, I've lost 1.5lb. :)

I'm going out for a buffet style meal tonight. Gonna hopefully choose s/w friendly food. If not Its the start of a new week so will syn accordingly & cut back the rest of the week.

I went to a buffet with so much choice! I had Indian & Chinese. Tried to fill up on rice & veg but did have a few naughty bits too. I also had 4 glasses of red & a cocktail. I'm gonna guess the syns at around 60 but will say 70 to be on the safe side.

Thanks! I feel so depressed this week, was hoping for more off. But at least it's a loss.. I don't know whether it's because I've eaten so much over Xmas but I feel constantly hungry. I'm just making a huge jacket spud to have with some beans and am already thinking what I can have for pudding! Lol

Hey keep losing your diary for some reason! Food looks good last few days :) know what you mean about being hungry I've ate a lot more since Xmas think I stretched my stomach over the 2 weeks off lol x
 
Day 2 & 3

Ive had the weekend off plan as went out for a meal saturday and had a party for my little girls 2nd birthday sunday. Ive actually not been too bad considering! Ive had a really bad back, over the weekend, pulled a muscle & been in agony with it so havent fancied much to eat. :-(
So i will say i have used all my syns and try & go relatively syn free the rest of the week.

Really not having a good day today, Ive been out of routine this week as my hubby had a car accident friday & has been off work since. I always find it hard to eat well with him around as he can literally eat anything and not gain an ounce!

Anyway im back at work tomorrow so will get back on plan & hopefully just maintain this week? Although im also due on tomorrow so I wouldnt be too suprised with a couple of pounds gain.

Ive had a bit of a bad week, although just found out that we are expecting our 3rd baby! I am still going to try & follow plan as much as possible as I eat so much more heathily following sw. I will start a new thread within the pregnancy sub forum.
