My weigh days are Mondays but Monday is so hectic for me, Im going to weigh a day earlier this week and change my weigh day to Sundays.

So today im 11 stone 8lbs thats 5lbs lost this week :)

And the best part for me, is next week Im going to be back to losing new pounds! The lowest I got was 11 stone 7lbs before I let myself get out of control again but this is not going to happen this time! I am not letting myself slip back into bad eating habits, I am so determind to get to a healthy weight for my height and I refuse to ever see 12 stone on the scales again!

Ive still been thinking "will I be happy at 10 stone" but on the flip side I dont want to let myself get too obsessed and me not eating enough turn into an issue like it was when I was a teenager so I thought I would have a look at bmi's and set myself a limit of how low I will let my weight go... so I thought mid range BMI for my height would be a good limit to set myself... so I went onto a website to look at bmi's ... I was playing around with the bmi calculator on the website to see what weight would be for me to have a bmi of 21.8, 9stone 1lbs is the weight... anyway when it came up it said this message...
"Maybe… maybe not!

Is it just me... or is that a really irresponsible thing to say? Should someone with a mid range BMI really be encouraged to lose weight? Not many people at 5ft 4 would have the frame to be able to physically get down to 7 stone 10lbs and still be healthy, when I was anorexic I wasnt much lower then that and that was with an eating disorder!

Another day of 100% done, deff getting easier again now!

2 weeks down of my 10 week challenge!
 
Another day done at 100%, another day closer to getting into the 10s and my size 12 jeans haha.

Today hasnt been too bad, felt a bit hungry mid morning but had a coke zero and that passed.

This restart does seem to be working better, my mind seems to be more in it so Im finding it easier then with the previous restarts, Im just keeping focused on 8 more weeks, 8 weeks really isnt very long at all!
 
I know daily weighing is bad.... but its how I roll hehe, been a bit worried as the scales have been stuck at 11 stone 8lbs since Sat, but this morning they have dropped 2lbs which means Im into losing new pounds, yay!!! And I am officially closer to the 10's then I am to the 12's.

Im going to stop daily weighing now and wait until Sunday to get on the scales each week.

Feeling positive again today, the 10's are in sight, another 2 - 3 weeks and I'll be in the 10s if I stick to 100%, I know I can do 100% so no excuses!
 
Well done Hun yep know the feeling I'm stuck on 11.9 ... But it can all change by official wi ..

Well done Sammy. You'll be in those 10's in no time! Me however, ive become obsessed with Exante bars! I figure if I eat them all now I've got them out the way ;-)

Well today Ive had a WS day, added a chicken salad with melted weight watchers cream cheese, which is only 4g of carbs and I honestly didnt want to eat it... Ive just picked at it and would of rather just had my shake but im running a bit low on shakes and cant afford to get anymore until pay day so I need to have a couple of WS days... yes I know Im meant to have 3 shakes on WS but better to miss 1 every now and again then run out of shakes all together... I think the fact I didnt really want to eat it or enjoy it (which I used to do) is a good sign for me staying TS
 
Only 2lb this week... not really sure what went wrong but oh well, fingers crossed I lose a bit more next week.
 
STS this week... was 100% all week... bit worried Exante might have stopped working for me... 2lbs last week, then nothing this week.. have ordered another months worth... but if I keep staying the same, might have to look at other options.

Fingers crossed for a good week this week.
