STS today. Staying positive at least I didn't gain. Ate rubbish on Sunday as well as Saturday last week so it could've been worse. I WILL LOSE NEXT WEEK!!
 
And I bet you have lost inches !!!!!! It's that bloody wine ! XXxX
 
I know!! bloody wine! I haven't checked inches this week doing it fortnightly. Only made it to the gym once this week, hope to make it 4 times this next week.
 
Morning Everyone, hope there's not too many sore heads about this morning!!

Nice treat day yesterday, didn't go too mad and didn't have any alcohol so feel fine today. Finished reading NROLFW and decided I'm going to follow the lifting program in it, Staying with carb cycling but I'm also upping my cals to 1500 non exercise days and 1800 on exercise days, hopefully I'll see some more loses (probably inches rather than weight) by doing this. It recommends lifting weights 3 times a week, Mon Wed and Fri, so that's perfect for me with childcare. Just hope it works!

L/C 1500ish cals
B - Omelette with toast
L - Chicken salad
D - Vickys Chicken pizza with salad broccoli and green beans
S - Greek yog, Bluberries, almonds, banana.

Must drink more water!!! I'm going to give up tea and coffee tomorrow for a week as well, just drink fruit teas and water, see if that has any effect?

I never used to drink tea or coffee until I met the O/H, bad influence! I've drank 2 litres of waster today :)
looking at mfp I've realised I'm at 64g of carbs on a low carb day, that's not good! I don't usually take much notice of the totals, perhaps that's why I'm fat! I'll be keeping a much closer eye on it this week!

Do you not think? Good. I'm finding it really hard to get all my calories in but to balance my macros, I was at it all night and only got to Thursday and it still doesn't look perfect, ah well we'll see what the scales say on Friday.
H/C 1800 cals ish

B - porridge, soya milk, banana
L - chicken salad with a pitta bread
D - chilli, brown rice, pitta bread
S - protein shake, Apple, Atkins bar and two boiled eggs
Ex - Day 1 of nrolfw
Need to drink at least 2 litres of water, the more you drink the more you shrink!!

Seems like quite a lot of food, I'll probably be back to 14st by the end of the week!!
 
I'm starting with all different weights really and I think I'm getting stronger already! So I think I'll increase on Wednesday, example : bent over one arm row, I've been using 16kg but I'm going to go with 18kg next time. It doesnt Say what weight to use but it says you have to push yourself and it needs to feel like you done a workout by the end of each set. If you want to read it I'll email you it xx
 
Thanks Sam, will wait on that but thanks. My dvd has shipped. It's coming from the US and could take a while so plenty of time to get my weights right.

I like them do you? Bought a new tub on Monday, Sci mix diet protein in chocolate, its yummy! I've started noticing little changes in my body, my love handles are getting smaller, my back fat is going too! haha! still got a mointain to climb like! I'm not going to measure myself though until after phase 1 has finished (6 weeks) just because I don't want to be disappointed.
