Morning Everyone, hope there's not too many sore heads about this morning!!
Nice treat day yesterday, didn't go too mad and didn't have any alcohol so feel fine today. Finished reading NROLFW and decided I'm going to follow the lifting program in it, Staying with carb cycling but I'm also upping my cals to 1500 non exercise days and 1800 on exercise days, hopefully I'll see some more loses (probably inches rather than weight) by doing this. It recommends lifting weights 3 times a week, Mon Wed and Fri, so that's perfect for me with childcare. Just hope it works!
L/C 1500ish cals
B - Omelette with toast
L - Chicken salad
D - Vickys Chicken pizza with salad broccoli and green beans
S - Greek yog, Bluberries, almonds, banana.
Must drink more water!!! I'm going to give up tea and coffee tomorrow for a week as well, just drink fruit teas and water, see if that has any effect?
