I'm doing NROLFW. I like it its good, at first it looks a bit complicated but think I've sussed it now. yeah it's easy to do in the gym, its a bit intimidating going to the weight room but once in there it's fine.You are doing amazing Sam which programme are you following ? Is it easy to do in the gym xxcx
