I'm thinking of changing to calorie counting again as well, I like the non-bloated feeling I get on low carb but the weight is not moving at all :/
 
The only thing I don't like about cc is the hunger. I'm doing cc with carb cycling and healthy. Cut out crisps and chocolate but have them on treat days.
 
I fill my cals up with lots and lots of veg - and if I get hungry I have a cup of soup, I've got about eight different flavours at work :)
 
That's what I do Sam. I try and keep it under that naughty I know but it's working !!!! I'm trying not to fill my Cals with choc and crisps like I dI'd before xxx
 
I've had some chocolate this week, hopefully by Monday I'll have got it out of my system and want to eat healthy again!

Really looking forward to Monday, going to start insanity as well as cc along with gym 3 times a week. I need to be the fittest and healthiest I can be. Hope you're all well! Xx

Thanks ladies! It's nice to have a break but is getting a bit boring now! I like to be on some sort of plan otherwise I just feel lost. I'm going to do cc and have a couple of fast days too, probably Tuesdays and Thursdays. I started insanity last year before I went on holiday And I could see and feel the difference, this time I'll finish the whole thing, I think its 60 days. Have a lovely day ladies! xx

Thanks for keeping me on the straight and narrow! X. I'm not starting another diary I'll keep posting in here but put my food on mfp. Also I'll post my start weight on Friday, that way hopefully by then I'll have lost some of the water I've put on this week! Really looking forward to it, ive never calorie counted before, hopefully I'll gave some success if not I don't know what I'm gunna do!!!
 
It's easy as long as you take sensible choices and not silly ones :) have a look on other diaries on mfp to get ideas. You can still cc and carb cycle xxx
 
Just had an epiphany! I don't have to lose weight this instant! And that's where I think I'm going wrong!! When I was 29 I lost about 3 stone over a year just by making healthy food choices and going to the gym. Last year I lost 2 stone in 6 weeks on Lipotrim and that's what I keep trying to recreate, 10lbs the first week, 6lbs the second, 4lbs and so on. It's just hit me now that it's not a race and the longer I think it is, the longer I'm going to keep getting disappointed and mess up. So I'm in it for the long haul. Slow and steady and all that. Enjoy your evening :)
