Wow Sandra, just seen that you've been keeping this maintenance diary for about 2 months now. What a reminder to me to keep on track when I get to maintenance. Well done
 
Trimlee, I'm a bit sad really, I kept a diary in refeed too! When I feel confident that I've got my weight totally stable I may well pack it in but for now I'm not that confident....
 
Bad move to get on the scales every day Sandra, it can build up your hopes and then its disappointing the next day. (Says me who is ALSO a serial weigher lol)

Hope Paul feels better soon - men are pains in the a** when they have that dreaded man flu!
 
How's u and himself today! Will Bergerac be needing to come out of retirement imminently? Lol x
 
Well......today his lordship is so poorly that he stayed home:eek: this is the first time in 20 years that he's taken a day off sick so, initially, I was very worried. I made him tea in bed and went to the gym for Pilates class and a bit of cardio (can't stop working out I feel so good) and when I got back at 12 he was still asleep in bed!

Anyway, he's up now and washed and dressed and seems to feel a bit brighter, I just think that he's overdone it with this company acquisition.....two more still to go though so he'd better toughen up!

Mary, I hear what you're saying about the scales but my history proves that if I don't jump on the scales every day, or every other day, then I do tend to
get a bit slack! Still 11 st today so ok with that!

Today's food

B actimel, branflakes and milk
L 100g wafer thin ham, mixed salad (as usual) lf French dressing, a pink lady apple
Snack 2 slices of hot cross loaf with elf spread, I've been starving today! Must be all the exercise
D was going to be roast chicken with all the trimming but Paul isn't hungry:( so no point in cooking a big meal, we can have it tomorrow. So, 2 boiled eggs and 2 slices of wm toast, elf spread. Muller light yogurt
Hot choc later

Total 1435 calories, net 1059

Oh, and I went to M&S and they had this huge bar of Swiss milk choc from their Valentine's Day promotion, for /2 price so I bought one! Should last us for days:D

I had a dream last night about a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge white toblerone bar that was being sold in tj huges for just £3.20 .... thats swiss isnt it? How strange ....!!!

Didn't know that you could get white Toblerone! Will have to have a look at Gatwick airport next week when I'm there.....I love White choc, especially the Lindors but haven't seen them again since xmas:sigh:

I never used to be like this Jan, before I had NLP therapy if I started a bar of chocolate or opened a packet of biscuits I had to finish them! The thing is I sought therapy for something entirely different but it sorted out any food issues that I had, the worst being that I simply couldn't throw anything away, not even a spoonful of leftover mash:eek: the fridge and freezer was a right mess.....
 
HaHa - I can imagine. Good for you for getting it sorted anyway!! xx
 
Tbh I didn't know that I had any issues with food it was other stuff that I needed sorting! But under hypnosis a whole load of forgotten memories came out about my impoverished and deprived childhood (get the hankies out!) which I didn't even realise were have an effect on my eating habits......anyway, all sorted and honestly I never have cravings EVER:D

Today's food...

B branflakes and milk, actimel, Vitamin C drink
L large mixed salad, 140g garlic and parsley prawns, lf French dressing, 2 kiwi fruits
Snack a kitkat:D
D have a ready-stuffed chicken from Marks to roast, their chicken gravy, carrots, broccoli and probably a couple of roast potatoes
Hot choc

Haven't put it all in mfp yet, but I did 'earn' 300 calories in the gym this morning
 
Menu looking great Sandra and well done on the exercise. You have got right back into it now and seem to be enjoying it.
 
Love it Mary, I'm doing either a class or a cardio session every single day! My stomach muscles are still screaming from pilates on Tuesday, apparently i have very good abdominals so, of course, i overdid it cos i could! Had my last physio session this morning so I'm officially mended ......going to go out on my bike tomorrow if this weather holds out, would've gone this afternoon but I've been giving the lawn it's first mow....it was so warm that I took my sweatshirt off:D

Snack kitkat
D roast chicken quarter, roast parsnips, carrots and broccoli
