Yeah, just basic 9-5 Tan, though I'm sure that once I've settled in the hours will increase a bit, should still only be Monday to Friday though!
 
Oh cool :) are you really enjoying it then? Has everyone been ok with you taking over?x
 
I've been really surprised cos apart from this one guy who is a bit of a *nob everyone has been really helpful. I was the only director there on Thursday so ended up in charge and it went really well......here's hoping that it continues!

Hi folks, sorry that it's been a while! Life is pretty mental at the moment, work is really busy and we've been to France for the long weekend with Paul's parents. Not been back long and am knackered so thought that I'd come on here and catch up.....

Hope that everyone is well and maintaining? Got rather too much chocolate for Easter! Got up yesterday and Paul's mum had got us all Lindt Easter bunnies, they look too cute to eat, got a tub of Lindor eggs (like big red devils) and a Lindor egg with lots of little ones, anyone would think that I like Lindt chocolate!.......been drinking far too much this weekend too.....Kirs (in every shape and form) every time that we sat down! The weather has been fabulous too so we've had drinks in the garden every night before going out for supper, loads and loads of Rose!

Anyway, don't think that I will jump on the scales tomorrow, might give it a day or two..........

Well enough's enough! Threw out the last half an Easter egg cos I really couldn't face any more chocolate......scales showing serious damage, like about 5 lbs:eek: gonna get this long weekend out of the way and get back on the diet wagon.....can't let it turn into half a stone......:(

Tbh Jan, it was an egg that I'd bought for my sister and it was sitting in the corner of my office when I came back from lunch having had half a bottle of Pinot Grigio! I was weak-willed and there was nothing else so I was really naughty and cracked it open.....it was my fav white chocolate too but I ate half of it and was feeling a bit queasy so I dumped the rest rather than leave it for tomorrow......still had a Lindor earlier though, but no supper as I'd been out for lunch.

How's LT treating you? Thinking that I might go back to the pharmacy tomorrow and stock up, she's usually fine and I'll tell her that I want to do two meals a day for a couple of weeks. I can't believe how much I can feel these few extra pounds and it's really unpleasant:(
 
I still think that's really strong - it'd take more than a touch of queasiness to stop me ;)!

It's Exante I've been doing and as far as weight loss is concerned I'm very disappointed. Finished the 3 weeks I wanted to do and am having 2 products and a low carb meal for 10 days now. Fingers crossed that works for me! x
 
Well the lbs are creeping on again cos I'm never in, drinking far too much and only getting to the gym a couple of times a week so decided to get my (a wee bit fatter) arse back on here and get back counting on mfp....

So today's food.....

B LT, got a couple of shakes left
L a small galia melon and Parma ham
Snack 2 finger kitkat
D M&S Count on Us chicken something or another (tasted ok)
Hot choc later

Total 1049. 639 after exercise

50 minutes on the treadmill

A good start I think!
